Belt is not sized properly for the amount of (extended) stretch it has. Had to take it to a shoe repair shop to get it shortened.

Love the design but sizing is way off by at least 2 inches.

This belt was 2 inches longer than the same belt in the same size (different color) than my previous belt that I purchased. Lack of consistency is frustrating.

I should have ordered size. 34

Oversized. Purchased my usual size but these were much longer. Should have returned them.

Terrible fit-38inch belt was at least 4 inches longer than other 38 inch belts. Exchanged for 36 inch belt which was smallest available size and it is still larger than any other 38 inch belt I have

The website suggested ordering on size larger than your waist size. Don't do it. The belt was way too long.

The stretch is to much I wish the belt was more sturdy.

My husband usually loves Johnson and Murphy items the shoes the shirts And the belts. He wanted to summer belts to wear with shorts we ordered them in three colors..The belts from a beautifully but they were way too stretchy and there was no place to loop them so the end of the belt would flop around. Sorry to say I had to return all three. They would be much better if they were not stretch.

Very wide and four inches longer than other belts of the same size. I returned the belt.

Poorly sized and I picked a ugly color.

My 36" belt was huge! Measure it with tape measure -- it was 47" long. Mismarked, maybe?

Too stretchy

First let me say I am a long time customer of JM and continue to be. This time they failed me. The construction as always is good but the dye on leather they use for the buckles stained three pairs of khaki shorts and slacks and it does not come out after several washings. I am afraid I cannot recommend this item.

I've ordered numerous belts but this woven is 2-3 inches longer than my previous 36 length purchases

I ordered a size 34" and the belt fits like a 36", and in fact is about 2" longer than the other Johnston Murphy belt I purchased earlier this year. The tag on the belt says it is a 34", This is quite disappointing and I fear that if I send it back and reorder the belt the same problem will occur and if I order the 32" it will be too short.

Belt fit is terrible. I ordered a 32" belt and it's 34" but says 32".

Must have been mislabeled ... about 8 inches too long!

not true to size

I was told by the operator to order 1 size larger than my waste. I did that and they were too large. I sent them back to get the smaller size.

Shoe stitching tore out after the third time I wore it. Poorly constructed!

good looking but arrived damaged

the fabric (stretch) is fable and too wide to fit on my trousers. I returned the purchase to you guys.
