Like Them So Much the First Time, Bought 'Em Again - I had purchased these shoes a couple of years ago and wore them practically every day. In fact, wore them out. They are the most comfortable shoes. I was so glad they were still being made and bought them again to replace the first pair.

Comfortable, good support. looks great - I needed a comfortable, very walkable shoe that I could wear to work (i.e., slightly dressy) and these looked right. Merrell was recommended by a number of people as a brand and I had several not-so-good experiences with some less expensive brands (incl. GBX, Hush Puppies, Lands End) around durability and support (or lack thereof). The World Passport fit great right out of the box and after several weeks of wear they just get better. The included support insert is decent, and can be replaced by your own if desired; there is enough room in the shoe to handle a bit more height in the orthotic. The only quibble with the look is the brown color is a bit light for my taste and I would like it if it came in a darker (closer to cordovan) shade, but it is a minor quibble. Overall excellent shoe.

Excellent Shoe - I just bought a pair of Merrell World Passport shoes. They were extremely comfortable from the first time I put them on. It's a sharp looking casual shoe. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Congratulations to Zappos for their superior customer service.

Good shoe, but disappointed that with only a few wearings the leather across the toe area got lumpy or "wrinkled." I recommend the price be lower.

As with most Merrells, I'd like a little more padding under the ball of my foot. Otherwise, another great shoe.

They look a little awkward. I jokingly call them my "clown shoes" as the area from the ball of the foot and forward is very wide while most shoes tend to taper toward the toes. Very comfortable though.

These have quickly become my favorite all-around shoes for both casual and work use.

These are very comfortable and good fit right out of the box. Absolutely no traction on wet surfaces which is why I gave them 4 stars rather than 5.

The first pair I bought last year were very comfortable, but they leaked and my foot got we. I returned them and bought a second pair which wasn't as comfortable, but didn't leak, at first, but a year later they are starting to. They are fine for a few hours but after doing a lot of walking they hurt my feet. Every foot is different, though.

Good shoe - The Merrrell passport runs a half size bigger & the shoe insert rubs on the inner portion of the leather inside the shoe which squeaks (somewhat annoying). Overall a good comfortable shoe, I don't think I would purchase this shoe again, due to the noise factor. I will definitely order from ZAPPOS again, great shipping & customer service.

Not waterproof at all! Other than that, very comfortable. They look a little like clown shoes due to how wide they are at the toes.

I have two pairs of jungle mocs and love them--I was hoping this would be a dressier version of the jungle moc--no way. They do not conform to the shape of my foot--in fact unless your feet are extremely wide at the toes like a duck, they will not conform to your foot either. My friend says I look like a pilgrim in them. I wore them twice, hoping I would warm up to them. Guess I will have to wait for Thanksgiving and wear them then--along with a musket and hat with buckle. I lost the box, so I guess I am stuck with them.

These are incredibly comfortable and I have had mine for 3 years. The main problem I have with these is that they leak - even in a light rain my toes get wet. I returned my 1st pair with this problem and had the exact same problem with a second pair. It's a real bummer, but they are comfortable. I'd order a new pair now except for the wet feet problem.

I've had Merrell shoes in the past, and was happy to try out a new pair when I wanted some slip-ons. I was a little disappointed when I took them out of the box: They just didn't look as stylish as I thought from the picture. (It didn't help that I was comparing them to another pair of slip-ons I bought at the same time from another manufacturer; those looked much nicer.) But they weren't unattractive, so I wore them. At first they seemed snug, comfortably so. When I actually wore them for a full day out in the real world, though, they were too snug right around the heel and ankle. I ended up with a blister on the back of my left foot that took 7 days to heal, even with band-aids on and not wearing these shoes. In short: If this pair feels snug, send them back. I returned them for a pair of Josef Siebels instead.

Nice shoe, but squeaky - I am very pleased with the look and the feel of the shoe. However, there is one annoying problem. The shoes squeak a lot when I walk. I hoped it would go away, but I have had them a couple of weeks now, and they are still very loud.

Comfortable, but they squeak like crazy. These are probably the most comfortable shoes I can recall having, but they developed a really noticeable squeak. I mean noticeable squeak. I looked on the internet, and I am not alone. I am going to contact the company to see if they will replace. If not, I'll try one more pair. If those squeak, I'm done for good with Merrell shoes. If they don't squeak, I'll no doubt be a repeat customer. We'll see.
