My daughter uses these for stage/dance shoes and loves the snug fit that gives good arch support for her. She finds these to be true to size, comfortable and consistent so when she outgrows one pair, we just go up a size or two and order a new pair.

My 13 yo son is in the Lion King Jr and needed some jazz shoes for the production. I immediately turned to Zappos b/c I had the feeling there might be some trial and error on sizing and I love the free and fast shipping. I was right. I ordered 2 different brands and these were the keepers. He has wide feet and based on what other reviewers said, I sized up. He's a 5 and I ordered a 7. He wore them around the house and after about 15 min reported that they're going to work. They rub a little on the outside heel of one foot, but I think once the leather softens, that will go away and he'll be one happy dancing rhino.

I'm taking a dance class for the first time in a long time, and we were told to get jazz shoes -- it's my first experience with them (way back in my youth, we wore ballet shoes for all kinds of dance). I've been wearing them around the house, and they seem perfect -- light, and a perfect fit (I am usually an 8 regular or an 8 wide, and the 8 fit like a glove). No support to speak of, but I am guessing the point is to facilitate gliding and turning rather than absorbing any impact. Very happy with these shoes.

My daughter wears a 4.5 in Big Kid sizes. The size women's 6.5 worked great. She has a narrow foot and these stay on comfortably.

I love these shoes and ordered a 9M which is what I usually wear. Works great! We have our first gig at a preschool this week so let's see how the jazz shoes do! Nice leather… nice fit… good quality! Glad to get my Bloch Super Jazz shoes and feel like all that jazz!

Good starter shoes for ballroom dance. I struggle to find shoes big enough, so was happy that these fit. Decided to get practice dancing sneakers as well for a little more support.

I bought these for line dancing lessons. Some of the dances are waltzes and others are Country Western. These shoes are better than tennis shoes or boots because they help you to dance smoothly. They weigh almost nothing. I had read the reviews and ordered a half size larger than I usually wear.

all of our girls are dancers, from 12-21 in age. This is the only place we buy our dance shoes from. Zappos is great to work with and this brand always fits the best and lasts the longest.

Great fit. I ordered size 8, fits well almost like a sock, no breaking in required. Great for dance class.

I realize these thin leather shoes look a bit weird. Once on the feet, however, these shoes look great and feel just wonderful. They fit like a layer of skin and have such flexibility. I'm taken back to my dancing days because that's what these shoes are like but they're great with jeans or trousers of any sort. Try 'em out!

Great dance shoe! I use them for my zumba classes which take place on a carpet floor. They allow me to twist and turn without injuring my knees. They are true to size. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a bit smaller based on other reviews. Mistake! Normally a size 12M, I ordered an 11.5M. These were WAY too small. Stick to your true size or larger ladies. Other than the size issue, seemed like a great shoe -- but given how cramped my foot was in this smaller size, can't really rate the arch support properly.

I ordered 7.5 which fits well I normally wear 7-7.5 shoe These shoes flex in just the right place, soft, good curve. Bloch usually known only by dancers but take my word, better than Capezio though not as well-known a brand!

This shoes are excellent in quality and comfort. However, they do run about a full size smaller than normal. I wear a size 10.5 and thought I would try the size 11 but it was too short in the toe box. Unfortunately, there is no size 11.5 However, this is an excellent choice for anyone who wears shoe sizes below a 10 as you have the option to order larger.

I love these shoes. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I bought my actual street size and they fit better than Cinderella's glass slipper.

I bought these for my daughter for her school play. She said they were comfortable and fit her well. In her dance class, she dances barefoot, so can't speak to whether these work well for Jazz class.

I was out of town, and when I returned on Sunday night, I was informed my daughter needed specific dance shoes for her recital by Tuesday. Zappos to the rescue! We were able to find and order the exact shoe needed and have it overnighted, free of charge! Zappos saved the day and I looked like a champ in my daughter's critical teenage eyes.

I found these jazz shoes comfortable and flexible. Order my normal size. I use them for Zumba, pilates and stretching classes.

Great jazz shoe! True to size, affordable, comfortable - better than Capezio because Capezio was not true to size & had to return 3 times!

Great shoe - my daughter loves this style for her jazz class. Run a little small like all the dance shoes, but true to the measurements that Zappos publishes.

I bought this as a practice shoe for swing dancing and Charleston. I was looking for something that would be quite minimal and flexible, but still smooth on the bottom for turning and with a tiny heel. I first ordered the Capezio version but found it extraordinarily small. I didn't even know how many sizes to go up to get a comfortable fit. Based on that, I ordered this shoe in 8.5 (I am usually a 7.5 or 8). That was much too big and I exchanged it for an 8, which is still perhaps a tiny bit loose, but comfortable. I had never worn a jazz shoe before and it is different even from a minimalist shoe. I don't have the strength in my flat feet to wear these for long periods of time, but I'm hoping to build those muscles. This shoe seems well constructed and it looks pretty nice. I am happy to have it in my dancing shoe lineup.

Fit is great. They wear out very quickly in the toe.
