Love Zappos, hate this shoe!
I tried. I really tried. This shoe just stinks. It's heavy, slips off of my feet (changing sizes didn't help), and is just not that attractive, IMHO. Doesn't look like a ballet flat, looks like a gym shoe. Also the top cuts into the top of my foot.

I am very disappointed in this shoe. I have owned several Merrels and they have all be wonderful. These shoes are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I wore them to work today and when I got home my feet actually hurt. Poor arch support and the leather is hard.
