I love the style! I usually wear Merrell hiking shoes, but trying the same size in this shoe just didn't work--I could put two fingers down the back of my heel--it felt way too big. More important, after a very short walk around the house, my feet began to hurt...and is it just me or are any other people feeling that these shoes are suffocatingly hot? Even though these felt too big on me, after an hour, I couldn't wait to get them off.

Classic perfection. Doesn't get much better than these. I've owned many pairs over the years. Strong arch support, simple and stylish, a very versatile comfy slip-on shoe. Great for traveling: can wear with nice clothes, for walking around town, or to the gym. They are snug, but not sure I'd use them on a mountain trail.

I've owned a few of these Jungle Mocs over the years, and have been generally satisfied with them. But with this purchase, things have changed. The shoe feels tilted toward the heel, and the heel support is hard. After walking all day in them, even mostly indoors, the impact on the heel transfers to my skeleton and my hip hurts. Not good for somebody recovering from hip joint replacement surgery. Wearing Sketchers today, they are more flimsy and unsupportive, but don't hurt my hip.

Love the shoe. It’s super comfortable

These are versatile slip-ons. Comfortable as slippers, but with a rugged sole that you can wear outside, to the store, whatever. Some people say they hike in them. I don't find them supportive enough for that. The supplied insoles are pretty comfortable, but I have been battling plantar fasciitis, so replaced the supplied insoles with some firmer arch supports. This makes my third pair of these. They hold up pretty well, but I find that, like most slip-ons I have worn, the elastic around the tongue of the shoe that provides the snug fit eventually stretches to the point that the shoe no longer fits snugly. But then I have narrow feet to begin with, so perhaps it is not a problem for others.

My feet are somewhat narrow; I ordered the standard width and these shoes fit me perfectly. A cautionary note to others: get the wider version if you have wide feet. These shoes have great arch support and fit like a fine adjustable glove. My only complaint is that with a size 12 foot, the shoes aren’t quite like the size 9 shoes pictured online; a size 12 has a disproportional distortion/landscape from front ankle to toe. I guess that’s the curse of large feet! Otherwise, these are nice looking shoes.

They look, feel and fit great. This is my second pair after I wore the last pair out over many years. I wear them all the time. Have been some small style modifications over the years, but not significant.

These are always a favorite. One small issue. The description states the color as black slate and they are very much BROWN. I have 2 pair of these in brown already and NEED black as I am required to wear black for school. I will most likely keep them because my others will eventually wear out, but ugh...

I'm a great fan of Merrell's Mocs, and have owned numerous pair in the past. Unfortunately, with this latest pair of Jungle Mocs, either their fit has changed or my feet have flattened. In the past I've appreciated their substantial arch support; but with this pair, the arches seem excessively pronounced and were actually uncomfortable. A big disappointment, I'll be sorry to no longer have these in the closet!

I got these shoes for son. We had to go one whole size. He loves these shoes, and they look great.
