I was amazed with the speed receiving the shoes & had to return a pair for a different size, sent me a prepaid postage & sent the right size!

These shoes are great in both quality and value. It's the third pair my husband has gotten and I'm sure he'll continue to buy more Merrell shoes.

They are not the best looking shoes I've ever had but they have got to be the most comfortable. I'll take that trade-off any day.

Form and function. Form and function. Not only are they stylish but you are always ready for most any terrain in any kind of weather.

Absolutely love these shoes. Bought them for casual but wore them to work. Very durable. Very comfortable and water resistant. Wore them in the snow and feet stayed dry. The problem is now that their appearance has been compromised I have to order a second pair for casual like I originally intended. Can't say enough about the quality of Merrell shoes.

My husband and son both have these. They love them. Good arch support, versatile, and very comfortable for long periods of time.

I bought these for a 3day trip to new york in december. They were the only pair of shoes that I brought and were great for trekking the city all day and still looked good with a pair of slacks for dinner at night. Trudging through snow and ice was not a problem. They kept my feet dry and warm with just regular socks. Arch support and general comfort were good.

This was my first experience ordering shoes online and it was a totally positive experience. First pair of shoes were a "clog" (for lack of a better word) style of shoe and I was not comfortable wearing them. As advertised, Zappos gave me free shipping both ways and even upgraded me to next-day shipping! The customer service reps I spoke with are the most helpful I have ever had the pleasure to experience. One even offered to find the closest UPS store in my area to return my shoes for me! The Jungle Mocs I ordered were perfect! I love the style and the color and they are my new favorite shoes. Bravo to Zappos!

Great shoes. When wearing boots or dress shoes I typically have foot pains, particularly in the arch and big toe of my right foot. Wearing these shoes has almost completely alleviated my pain. If you have problems, like me, finding shoes that are wide enough, buy a wide pair of Jungle Mocs. Unlike many shoes that claim to be wide, these truly are. These shoes are very ergonomic. They fit all the natural curves of your feet, with a wide toe area (wide width version), moderate arch support, and a dip in the heel area. They are extremely light yet have a nice stiff sole that feels durable like a good pair of boots. The sole gives you great traction in slippery conditions. The suede is very attractive and comes in many colors. I hope to wear Merrell Jungle Mocs for the rest of my life. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the only pair I need.

Very comfortable and roomy enough for an orthopedic insert if you need it. A tad pricey, but they seem well worth it.

They look good and feel great on my feet. Buy in your bigger size range so they slip on easily.

I have worn Merrells for over five years. I have always found that they are very comfortable, although the sole does seem to wear quickly for someone like me who supinates. Zappos has always provided great customer service and get orders out quickly.

I am very impressed with this shoe. I purchased them for my son to wear on the trip to Italy we are taking this coming summer. It's a great looking shoe, nicer than I expected. I think he'll be able to wear it to go out to dinner as well as for walking around all day sightseeing. It does seem to run a half size larger than expected, but since he is still growing I'm sure they'll fit by July. If not, I have no worries because Zappos lets you exchange or return items for 365 days! I love Zappos!

Got these for my husband during the worst winter ever. They have kept his feet warm and dry. He has really narrow feet, so he is wearing a full size down (8 instead of 9) the others just were too slippy.

These are great! I bought these for my teenage son who doesn't like to lace his shoes and has wide feet. He wears them every day. Finally, a comfortable shoe that comes in widths, that doesn't look too "grandpa", and is cool enough for a teen to wear. They are also very well made - he has been wearing them in the snow and they have not stretched out of shape. Even though he usually wears New Balance, he choose these over the similar ones made by that company because these were more comfortable and stylish.

Ordered one afternoon, the shoes were at my door two days later. Unbelievable. My husband loves them; he immediately ditched his 'old' shoes, and said this Moc is super comfortable. From this point forward we'll be buying only Merrell shoes and only from Zappos.

Great for wet cold weather. Keeps your feet dry and warm and provides a bit of traction. More room up front for your toes which is great for a regular width shoe.

This is the third pair of Merrell jungle moccasins that my husband has ordered. He loves them. Light weight, comfortable and look hip. The color goes with everything from denim to khakis.

Zappos is just a great company to do business with. Ordering shoes online can be scary, but Zappos makes it easy, even if you order the wrong size!

Got these the next day after ordering. Everything was correct (style, color, size). Love the shoes. They are my indoor pair as I hate slippers and need a solid sole due to foot problems. Have another of same in different color as outdoor shoes. Merrell's rock... and so does Zappos.com!

Bought these as gift for my husband after a sports injury. He hasn't taken them off in two days! He loves the gunsmoke color and the great tread on the heels! Although they were originally bought for 'house shoes' I saw they made an appearance at breakfast at the diner a few hours ago!

Improved fit since my last pair. Love this color. A good all purpose throw on shoe. Rugged, durable and easy on and off.
