It took me a while to locate the model I've been wearing for over 20 years . The names are similar and confusing, but I finally found it. The generous return policy let me try various models ... until I found the right one. Now I will remember the model I like.

Awesome shoes. I never meet friends or family that they don't comment on my Merrill's. I only wear Merrill's. I have thrown out all my other shoes, save one good leather pair for weddings, though I recently wore my black Merrill's to a wedding. I have 5 pairs each a different color. They are unequaled.

Absolutely disheartening. Three months ago this would have been a 4-5 star shoe without question. I have been buying these shoes routinely for most of my adult life now. They are comfortable, and considering they're "slip ons" they are remarkably secure and comfortable. Great traction, good fit in general, and reliable.... usually. This last pair I bought at the end of January were fine for the most part up until a few days ago when I noticed a hole had formed at the heel. This does tend to happen with these shoes.... after about a year and a half, sometimes longer. In almost a decade of wearing these shoes I have never had one fail in about two months like this. They're not "cheap" shoes, and have always held up really well in general. I would expect this from a knock-off or imitator, not the real deal. I have done nothing different in my walking habits, insole type, or sock types, but now there's a hole and discomfort while walking; it can't be good for foot health. I'm not sure if there has been a change in where/how they are made in recent years as others have guessed, or if this was just a bad batch, but this is disappointing and concerning. This has been a shoe that I have had cashiers mention that their boyfriends, friends, etc. all love and known for being reliable and versatile. Now I may have to see if there's anything out there that comes close or roll the costly dice again.

I wear my mocks on 5 mile and under walks.They are comfortable, sturdy and there isn't an environment I would not wear them in.

I am having trouble keeping them clean. A drop of something fell on the right shoe. I telephoned Merrill and was told to use a gentle soap and water. That did not work. Naturally I am disappointed.

Love how easy they are to slide into. Fit perfectly, with no break in time required. These have become my favorite shoes.

These are comfortable but do need some breaking in to be perfect. They are very sturdy shoes so I needed a shoe horn to get my feet into them, would probably need a half size bigger to slip them on & off as some adverts show, hopefully means they will last. No blisters or sore feet so think I just need to get used to the more solid shoe type. Tall female & purchase men's shoes to get that extra width etc, still look very stylish. Would definitely have given five stars if more comfortable straight away.

My husband loves these, he had a pair for 20 years and from him sliding his foot in them, it wore a spot on the spot right in the back where the finger holder is to slid your foot in, and he wanted to buy a new pair, it wasn't even noticeable, but the size is perfect great for walking and hiking in they never wear out, they just look older than a new pair!!

As soon i put them on they were so comfortable, They fit perfect, I just love them, i would buy these again in the future

Very comfortable and durable. I started having foot pain and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was in constant pain. No other shoes helped. I tried the jungle moc a few years ago and the pain started to improve. Today I am pain free. I have 3 pairs of jungle mocs. 1 causal and 2 different colors for work so I am wearing Merrells every day. My feet haven't felt this well in 5 years. I wear them for hiking, walking and at work.

I've had an identical pair for 4 years now. I still wear them to work even though they are a bit worn out. Needed another pair for going out to classier venues.

Great for lounging around the house and also most outdoor activities. Good fit and look.

Im on my feet all day! Work in cement floor warehouse. Have flat feet and needed the lower hip support. These shoes are epic and ive should have bought them years ago!! No slip sole, wide enough for foot bed. I take a womens 10 m and a mans 8.5 m width! I come home and actually do t want to sleep. My feet or lower back arent killing me. These shoes are awesome! Already bought sneaks for spring!

Easy on and off, great for walking or trips to the mall. I use them around the yard. Save my clunky work shoes for work. Just can't understand the disgusting colors of the back strap/pull loop! These are men's shoes. I ended up using permanent marker on them. Sorry, just bad color coordination.

They are not wide like they should be need bigger size

Foe me I could use a good way to adjust arch, with possibly a little better padding in toe area.

I traversed 5 miles looking for NM sheds and was comfortable the whole time!
