I found these suede jungle runners around 2000, and I haven't found anything quite like it since. They have descent cushioning, are comfortable, and good looking. I wear them everywhere. I have black one that I take to formal events, outdoor stuff, carpentry... I went through about 3 pairs. The only complaints is that their soles aren't the most durable. I have a foot injury, so I’m always on the lookout for shoes with the comfort of a sneaker, but the looks of a dress shoe. I wouldn’t exactly call these dress shoes, but they’re inconspicuous enough to pass in a business casual environment, but extremely comfortable. As a bonus, they have a removable insole, so you can use therapeutic insoles with them.

I have had Merrell hiking boots in the past and really liked them. I decided to get these for just kicking around. These are so comfortable I find myself wearing them every chance I get. Too bad they are just too casual for me to wear to work, except on Friday! I have a small foot, men’s 7 to 7.5 and Zappos was the only place in stock when I was looking for them. I recommend them, I love them.

I broke my big toe and had to resort to slip ons. These were the ones. I bought 1/2 size longer so the arch fit in the proper location. and now own every single pair of these made. Working at a large "low price always store" averaging 7 to 13 miles a day on tile floor, I found these to have great support and comfort all day. I have litterally worn out the sole and heels after 2 1/2 years of rotation wear every day. I have them in both the nubuck, water proof, gortex, The "last" which is the pattern of the bottom of the sole is shaped exactly correct for the shape of the bottom of my foot, which makes them a perfect fit every time. The toe box is deep enough and wide enough not to crowd my little toe or bite the big toe when flexed. They have great ankle support for climbing ladders, navigating slippery floors, and ice and snow conditions. I have stood in water up to the gussetts and stayed absolutely dry. I just took delivery of my 12th pair today. I highly recommend this shoe to any one looking for long term comfort in a slip on "no strings attached." The Gortex lined are naturally a little warmer for winter.

I bought these for my husband to wear on weekends and he says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever owned. He hiked in a forest preserve the first day he wore them and his feet felt great. We ordered a second pair!

They feel more like a good pair of running shoes than regular shoes. They are comfortable right out of the box and require no "break-in". I stand all day at work, comfortable shoes are important to me. That’s why when I find something that’s good I stick with it (this is my fourth pair over the past 6-7 years). They wear well and last long too. Can’t beat Zappos their price is good and they ship the shoes out quickly.

I bought these shoes for my son as his third paid of Merrell Jungle Mocs, so we knew he liked the shoes. Zappos proved to have the best pricing as well as a customer-friendly search capability, ease of purchase and rapid delivery. I was pleasantly surprised. They were attractive, well-made, and fit like a glove right out of the box. I have high arches and it is not unusual for it to be impossible for me to even get a pair of slip-ons onto my feet to try for fit, but these, while snug, were fine. I wore them right out the door and haven't had any trouble with rubbing or anything since. Good shoes! They are muted in their styling but not every shoe has to be a blazing fashion statement!

This was my first order from Zappos for my husband - he has a hard time finding these Jungle Moc's in the wide width, so it was especially convenient to see them here without having to travel all over creation to find the wide size. This is his 8th pair of this model and he loves them. They fit great right out of the box, and they are very durable and comfy - he has no arches on his feet (flat footed) & most shoes hurt like heck, but these work for him without any problems. We will be back when he needs another pair! Thank you Zappos!

More like, sized as I hoped! I have a 9 EEE foot with a very high instep, and have NEVER experienced the simultaneous comfort and support these shoes provide. I feel like pinching myself every time I wear them, mostly because they'd never consider pinching me...not ever! Good job, guys! Walter Lipman

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I've had them for almost three years and they have been my default footwear for that entire time. I walk about two miles a day and way about 250 lbs, so I am hard on shoes. The soles are just now worn close to the point where I might have to retire them soon. I will get an identical pair as soon as I do.
