The service itself is fantastic. The phone reps are the greatest in helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. The shipping is reliable and fast. Returns are absolutely without any hassle! The shoes are just what I was looking for, however, these do not run true to size. I find them to be smaller and I’m already having to order two sizes larger than my normal size.

I am now wearing my fourth pair of Merrells. At work I'm in and out of boots so to slip these on and off is great. i recently returned from a walking tour of Ireland and alternated between two pairs of Merrells the whole trip great shoes and great web site.

My husband loves these shoes! He wears them for work and at home. We\'ve tried some of the cheaper brands and they just don\'t compare or even come close. Merrells are the best!

My husband has extremely wide feet; actually, he has a problem with his feet called "claw foot" where he only has two toes and they are super far apart. So he has a LOT of trouble with shoes, especially with getting blisters on the sides. We were looking for a comfortable walking shoe for a 2 week trip to Italy. These were GREAT. He said they were super comfortable and never bothered his feet once. Caveat: they run a little big, so after trying several different sizes, he went with his true size, and just wore thick socks with them. He did fine with that.

Great brand. My wife and I prefer to buy the best and this style in particular works for me. They're a bit heavy for the hotter months but I usually grab them anyway. I think I'll look to see what else is available.

The arch support is in the wrong place in these shoes. The peak of the support was too far back. It should be in the middle of the arch but these had it closer to the heal. Very painful. Not recommended.\r\n

I have mixed feelings about this shoe. I bought the 10.5 Wide size, and its shortcoming is that the sides are so tall that they hit the lower part of my ankle bones. I wear them anyway because they are wide enough for my feet, which I can\'t find in another trail loafer. I own this same model in the normal width, and it does not hit my ankles. The people at Merrell must think that humans with wide feet also have high ankles. Go figure.

A good comfortable shoe. I've worn these for several years and fount them to be quite durable.

These shoes are fantastic. They fit comfortably, not too tight. They are way better than the cheapo brands that you need to wrestle with to get on, these you can slide on without needing to use your hands. They also breathe well compared to the cheaper versions.

These shoes feel much better than the cheapo "no-name" mocs I bought from a catalog (which I will not name). Nice-looking, comfortable casual shoe. One slight quibble: they are just toasty enough that in warm weather they make my feet just a wee bit damp, but it's a small enough problem that I don't want to downgrade my rating (maybe half a star off for warm-weather comfort). Great shoes and, as always, great service from Zappos.

I have had my original Merrell Jungle Mocs for about 3 to 4 years. They are great for slipping on in the cooler weather. They were getting a bit beaten up and I wanted another pair just like them. My wife ordered a pair from Zappos. I received them within 2 days. Zappos ships for free and fast. I will order from them again and again.

These shoes are terrific. This is my second pair. I bought black then gunsmoke. Love them both.

Zappos did everything right. Great pictures, description, easy ordering, and SUPER customer service. As usual, no problems from Zappos. Jungle Mocs are great. Here are the pros: Good arch support - Solid construction (see cons) - Good fit and finish - Very durable upper - Good fitting shoe with good socks - Soles are springy. Only one con: Soles wear out very fast. After 2 months of wearing these, the nubs/traction have worn flush to the rest of the sole. For the price - everyone expects the soles to wear better. Have less than 50 miles on them and 90% + traffic on smooth tile floors and carpeting. Just plain walking in a hospital environment, not pushing stuff around or anything else that would cause undue wear. The rest of the shoe looks brand new. The uppers are still factory fresh as is the interior. Don’t get me wrong. These are very comfortable shoes. They fit me well out of the box with good socks. Would I recommend to others or buy another pair? No. This is too much money to spend on inferior soles.
