I got these to replace my old jungle Mocs which were leather
I prefer the leather
Took my old ones everywhere including hiking on the Ruta Vincentina fisherman's trail on the Alentejo coast of Portugal

I like the practicality and overall comfort of these shoes, but can only give them 3 stars because the left side was noticeably narrower, and required stretching by keeping the shipping paper shoved in them for some time. Now after a couple of weeks of stretching, both sides fit well.

Pleasingly comfortable shoe that looks like a slipper but promises to wear more like a walking shoe. The only disappointment so far is that they were a bit box-worn, with slight discoloring marring the taupe finish. Won't be noticeable after a few days of wearing these around, but I expected them to look mint straight out of the box and they didn't.

Great fit, nice design, but they need replacing too soon. The soles do not hold up to an average of 8000 steps a day. They will wear through in less than 6 months.

So far, not satisfied with the fit. They seem a bit tight both length and width. My assumption is that they run small. I ordered based on previous sizes. With these, I am thinking I should have gone + .5 size and wide in place of M.

The shoe was fine everywhere in fit, as expected BUT around the top of the shoe there is a designed roll that for me was tight and uncomfortable. Decided not to try and see if it would "work itself out" and am sending it back.

Right now I am not certain how I feel. I have purchased this shoe from the same manufacturer more than once before.
This time the fit seems quite different. I know there is usually a break-in period, but my feet are being broken in by the shoe and the shoe seems to not be affected by my wearing. I have worn them several times now and each time my ankle is painful during and after the wearing period. I intend to continue trying, but may decide the manufacturer has changed their sizing method and be forced to return.
They look just like the former shoe, but something just isn't the same.

The gunsmoke color isn't a brownish gray anymore, more on the gray side now, bordering on the pewter color. Other than that, my Dad loves them. just not the color.

The shoes look great in the pictures, but the brown is very different in real life as it is much more fad and dull looking. A different shade altogether that isn't as nice compared to the images. Also, anything that's leather or Nubuck feels loose on me compared to the regular suede Jungle Moc's in the same size, which actually feel tight and a little short. It's hard to buy on-line when there are differences between different products.

I bought this model a few years back and ordered the exact same shoe this time around. The one I received was at least 1 1/2 longer than the last time I ordered. Maybe I received a mens size?

I bought this same shoe 10 years ago, and that one just feels better than the new pair. I suspect over time the fit and feel with improve. I wonder if the materials are different.

They were initially comfortable, but became loose after two days of wearing them. They seem wider than I would have expected for a form fitting mov. Great tread, look great.

I've had numerous pairs of Jungle Mocs over the years.
- They look great
- Easy to put on
- *Very comfortablefor the most part
* (Here's your problems)
1. The shock absorbency really isn't that good.
2. Poor arch support. Sorry.
So I purchase inserts and other things to help the arch support and shock absorption, but there's something about the sole material that actually amplifies shock. Go figure.

I have bought these shoes for 10 years specifically because it has a sole that doesn't grab dirt and bring it into the house. Although the picture on the web site shoes the original diamond shaped sole they arrived with a different sole which has smaller dirt holding crevises. I have yet to decide whether to return them or not.
