I didn't realize that companies like Zappos exist any more! The service they give is impeccable. I've ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos with complete satisfaction. One time I received a pair of shoes that obviously where mismatched as the left shoe was larger than the right even though they where marked as the same size. I had to go on a business trip so I just threw the shoes in the suit case without trying them on and when I reached my destination I discovered the problem. Well, I had nothing else to wear the week I was there so I wore the mismatched shoes for my stay. When I got back home I called Zappos and told them the story and to my disbelief they said a new pair of shoes will be delivered to me the next day and they didn't even address the fact that I wore the mismatched shoes for a week. I was told to ship back the bad shoes with a brief description of the problem and to beat all Zappos paid the shipping back also. I was told by the Zappos rep that I was upgraded to to have all my deliveries shipped overnight from here on in for my inconvenience. I am totally impressed with this company and I will continue to use them in the future.

What can you say? This is the classic moc. A bit more arch support might give it a five star for comfort, but I can easily wear these all day.

Very comfortable and roomy enough for an orthopedic insert if you need it. A tad pricey, but they seem well worth it.

They look good and feel great on my feet. Buy in your bigger size range so they slip on easily.

Sole of the shoe is too narrow for me, making the shoe unstable. Not a comfortable shoe for heavy walking (miles at a time). Not a good shoe for me.

I have worn Merrells for over five years. I have always found that they are very comfortable, although the sole does seem to wear quickly for someone like me who supinates. Zappos has always provided great customer service and get orders out quickly.

I didn't get more than 15 feet from my house before I had to stop, turn back, and change to my old shoes (that have holes in them). The rim of the shoe dug into the bottom of my ankle, very painful, and the heel wasn't flat, almost had a curve in the back.

I am very impressed with this shoe. I purchased them for my son to wear on the trip to Italy we are taking this coming summer. It's a great looking shoe, nicer than I expected. I think he'll be able to wear it to go out to dinner as well as for walking around all day sightseeing. It does seem to run a half size larger than expected, but since he is still growing I'm sure they'll fit by July. If not, I have no worries because Zappos lets you exchange or return items for 365 days! I love Zappos!

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are well built and the 10.5 wide was true to size. However, like a rare few other reviewers, I found the arch support too far back. This causes a pain at the inner front of my heel. I've gotten somewhat used to it, but wearing these shoes all day makes my feet extremely tired, probably because I'm altering my gait to accommodate the heel pain. While giving great traction on snowy pavement, they are extremely slippery when wet on a tile floor. The heel and sole are quite thick and on rough terrain, I don't feel sure-footed.

Got these for my husband during the worst winter ever. They have kept his feet warm and dry. He has really narrow feet, so he is wearing a full size down (8 instead of 9) the others just were too slippy.

These are great! I bought these for my teenage son who doesn't like to lace his shoes and has wide feet. He wears them every day. Finally, a comfortable shoe that comes in widths, that doesn't look too "grandpa", and is cool enough for a teen to wear. They are also very well made - he has been wearing them in the snow and they have not stretched out of shape. Even though he usually wears New Balance, he choose these over the similar ones made by that company because these were more comfortable and stylish.

Ordered one afternoon, the shoes were at my door two days later. Unbelievable. My husband loves them; he immediately ditched his 'old' shoes, and said this Moc is super comfortable. From this point forward we'll be buying only Merrell shoes and only from Zappos.

Husband loves this shoe and uses it as a comfy, warm, winter house slipper. Loves it. Great price and fast delivery service from Zappos.

Great for wet cold weather. Keeps your feet dry and warm and provides a bit of traction. More room up front for your toes which is great for a regular width shoe.

I got these for my husband for his birthday. He loved them. Got a wide and it fit great.

This is the third pair of Merrell jungle moccasins that my husband has ordered. He loves them. Light weight, comfortable and look hip. The color goes with everything from denim to khakis.

Zappos is just a great company to do business with. Ordering shoes online can be scary, but Zappos makes it easy, even if you order the wrong size!

Got these the next day after ordering. Everything was correct (style, color, size). Love the shoes. They are my indoor pair as I hate slippers and need a solid sole due to foot problems. Have another of same in different color as outdoor shoes. Merrell's rock... and so does Zappos.com!

These are great shoes! I own a business and I provide them for my installers. We remove our shoes when we enter a client's home and my guys love how easy they are to put on and take off.
