I have worn Merrells for about 10 years now and they are the only shoes I wear. Nearly all other shoes make my feet hurt but the padding Merrell uses really helps me out. I currently have about 6 pairs but the Jungle mocs are my favorites. my only complaint is that the inside at the heel wears out after about a year. the shoes still look great but they become uncomfortable when the insides lose their padding. I suppose it is just normal wear and tear as tennis shoes would not only have worn out with that much use but they look shabby after a few months while the Mocs still look new.

I had these shoes for only two months before the rubber on the soles had worn flat. Within 6 months, I had worn entirely through the sole. Not durable. Merrell's own "sticky rubber" sole doesn't even compare in the least to a good quality Vibram sole. I have never worn out a pair of shoes this fast. Go with the Olmecs, or plan on wearing these out...FAST. Not worth the money.

These shoes slip right on, are very comfortable, and last forever. I wear them all the time.

I'm on my thrid pair of this wonderful shoe for work. I'm a tower climber and have to hike up very rugged terrain to get to some of my job sites. I must say that this shoe is "in my opinion" the best all around shoe I have ever worn. on top of that keep in mind I lost a portion of my right foot in an industrial accident back in 1997, and with the damage to my foot most footware is painful to me. I find the Merrell shoe are the best choice for me for all of my footware needs. thank you so much Guys and Gals for the best footware ever produced. Sincerely, (and with great appreciation) Roy E

Unlike most shoes there wasn't any break-in period with my mocks and as they get broken, as hard as it may be to believe, they get even more comfortable. The main reason I bought them is because of the amount of air travel I do. They are perfect for getting through the airport TSA lines quicker and are great to just slip off your feet when on the aircraft or sitting around the terminal.

Merrell sure must use good leather to amke these shoes. Our White Lab (Payton) just ate my second one of these Nubucks. I had two pair of Nubucks. One pair I had worn out and used them in the yard work and the second pair I used for everyday stuff. You know, grocery shopping, going to see the G-Kids and chasing the Favorite Wife. But really, I can't remember how far back I've worn Merrells and have recomended them to nearly all of our friends for several decades now. So Merrell, please keep up the good work, cause my Lab just loves'em!
