Outstanding comfortable shoe

The situation: I work in a warehouse hardware store (think orange) I stand on concrete for a minimum of 9 hours a day. 9-11 miles of walking according to my pedometer. Heavy lifting standing, walking, climbing ladders. I am 275 lbs. What the problem is: I buy a lot of shoes and boots that fit great for about a week or month. then crap out totally. Before these I was waking up in the morning with a lot of pain on the bottom of my feet and ankles. My weight and work environment were not doing good for my legs. The solution: These shoes. I was about to spend 200 for a pair of ... something else. When I found these on a forum online. These are the most comfortable shows that work for my entire situation. they slip on easily as well. I have no more pain in my ankles and feet now. The cons: Not much. There is only one thing I am having trouble with. nubuck leather, this is the only jungle moc available in a wide? Merrell needs to come out with more styles. This actually doesn't make any sense. I really hope they come out with some of the other jungle moc styles in wide widths as the outside of these are really hating the new england winter (and it's not even winter yet lol) Snow is this shoes only real enemy. Not because of the traction, because the nubuck is not meant for this wet environment.

This is the second pair of Jungle Mocs I have had and they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. These are my work shoes and I am on my feet all day. I highly recommend trying a pair. They won't be your last.

I'm on my 10th pair of these shoes, and they fit just as well now as they did the first pair. I keep 2 pairs in service every year, one for "nice" and one for work. Oh, and I own and operate a remodeling company. I've actually framed houses with these shoes on, though I primarily use them when working on the interior. My back and legs feel so much better at night when I wear them versus my work boots, or pretty much any other shoe I have. I will continue to purchase these all my life.

I stand on my feet all day long. I have tried a number of different shoes. These are the best so far. I wish I found them earlier!

These shoes are an important part of my kid's school uniform. It gives them support and the durability they need day after day. And they look great.

This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I've ever found. I have neuropathy in my feet and I use this shoe for church, casaual use, even use my old one when I work around the house and also when I go hunting or fishing. They truly make a difference in how my feet feel between this shoe and any other shoe I try to use. I sing in our church choir and two to three times a year we do a longer choral piece that might be as long as 45 minutes. This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Part of my foot was amputated due to an accident and I have never found any other shoe I could wear that was comfortable until my brother bought me my first pair of Jungle Mocs. I'm on my third pair and nothing compares! They survive all weather and all terrain. I can do anything in them. I now keep another pair "for nice"- they are perfect for everything.

I found out about these shoes from a family friend who is a successful nature photographer with a lot of foot problems and swore by these shoes as the ones he ONLY wore. So I bought a pair for my father who is also a big guy and has wide feet. My dad absolutely loves these shoes, they are the only pair he has ever found that are supportive, comfortable and fit him properly and they are the ONLY style shoe he wears anymore. He requests them every year for Christmas. He lives in Hawaii and wears them everywhere, they are nice enough to wear to work and breathable not to be too hot. Last year we also bought him the extra wide Ventilator shoes and he didn't like them as much as these mocs but still uses them. I only wish that Merrell made more colors and styles for men with wide feet, particularly house slippers.

Outstanding shoe, this is my second pair and I will always own a pair. I broke my ankle a year ago and the width, comfort and support offered by this shoe is unsurpassed. I was actually recommended to Merrill by my Podiatrist, My only complaint is a selfish one in that there are not more syles made in the wide sizes which I need because of my ankle.

Great comfort and easy to put on. Doesnt require weeks of uncomfortable tighness to break in. Perfect for both casual walking, or even dress up.

Jungle mocs are very comfortable, particularly in cold, wet weather. In the summer they are comfortable without socks. I keep one pair for work activities and one pair for casual wear. They fit true to size for me, I wear 13M.

My husband says these are the most comfortable shoes he's ever owned. He's on his feet a lot (he works at the WWI Museum) and says when he wears his Merrell's, his legs don't tire at all. He usually wears a 12W, but the 13 Medium fits him perfectly, even with a high instep. Nice to know he's now a part of the Merrell family!

This purchase marks the third pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs I have owned. They are an incredibly comfortable and versatile shoe. Jungle Mocs are my main footwear, covering days of standing on cement, working outdoors, hiking, and simply trekking around town. The only downside to these shoes is the soles tend to wear out well before the leather uppers begin to show any signs of true wear.

I have worn women's Merrell Shoes and have always had good luck with them. My husband needed a casual slip on shoe so I looked and saw these. Fit perfect, likes them, no problems; would definitely recommend them to anyone.

For me, the Jungle Moc fits that bill better than any other shoe I have ever found!

These shoes run true to size and both my boys love them! They last; when my oldest outgrows his, little brother gets them. They are darn near indestructible because my guys are tough on shoes.
