My husband absolutely loves these shoes...they have replaced his Propet slip on...and that was a tough act to follow. He actually wants another pair in another color. The gunsmoke color is not quite grey and not quite brown but more like a taupe with dark grey undertones.

My husband has an old pair of these that are only fit for yard work, etc. because he has worn them to death. I bought him a new pair for our recent trip to Spain. They came a few days before we left and he wore them for the two weeks without even a breaking-in period. He said they were quite comfortable, offered the support he needs and were so much easier to manage at the airports versus the lace up type of shoe he usually wears for vacations.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I've walked all over and my feet don't get sore. It feels like I'm wearing slippers!

Perfect shoe for school. Dressy enough to wear with a school uniform and comfy enough to wear all day, every day. Easy slip on is a plus. Takes the wear and tear of playground activity and still looks good. Will definitely buy again in a bigger size when we need to.

I have ordered many shoes from Zappos. The Jungle Moc is by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever purchased. I wear inserts and the combination was sear comfort. I just ordered another pair in black. It is hard for me to wear any other shoes. I am never taking them off.

My job as a Computer Technician requires hours of standing and bench work. After months of painful Nike wear. I stumbled across this shoe while browsing moccasins. 1st Impression when the shipment arrived was "I hope I didn't receive an empty box". They are lightweight even for having a rubber sole. I have a wide toe area narrow heel a.k.a."paddle feet" and every shoe I ever had has always failed due to stretching in this area, so the wide feel of the mediums was a welcome sensation it's slightly loose in the heel, but not uncomfortably so no rubbing etc, arch support is excellent for their lowest priced Moc. I have worn them daily for several weeks for long hours of standing bench work, and I literally forget I'm wearing shoes & my feet definitely don't ache anymore. Also slightly dressier than flashier athletic shoes with racing stripes for casual wear at company meetings. I hope this shoe continues to have a long life in the Merrel lineup as I'm hooked for life and would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable shoe that can be worn on almost any occasion.

These shoes were better than expected. The upper heel area is very strong allowing hands free slip on, if something in your hands. The fit is perfect and construction is very good. I treat mine with suede water repellent and brush on occasion. Note: They can be a bit slippery on tile if soles are wet but this does not deserve a lower grade. This is not abnormal with rubber soled shoes. If wet outside, dry your soles before entry onto tile or similar and stay out of wet areas in the grocery store. (Good advice.)

I love these shoes. I am now on my second pair. They fit really well, and are comfortable right out of the box. They have great support, and keep my feet feeling great all day. They are the right blend of casual/dress for most days.

Love these shoes! I've owned several pairs. I'm a big guy and it's hide to find good shoes that offer good support. These feel great right out of the box.

My 8.5 Wide Moc's really fit the casual restaurant excursion, short trip outside, around the house. I normally select medium width but I wanted more room for some cushy thick wool blend socks. These shoes are very comfortable with excellent traction. I do not intend to use them as a trail hiker because they serve better as a comfort moccasin on pavement not a technical extension of foot power to the ground. You could wear these all day but for great distances I prefer a walking shoe.

I tried these as a alternate to Doc Martens Orson slip on shoes. These are very comfortable and the arch is very high compared to the docs I have that have little support. I wear them more often to work mainly for the comfort and the amount of walking I do throughout the day.

I purchased these shoes for my son twice last year and again at the beginning of this school year! He loves them! When he out grows these, I'll order another pair...there that good!

My son's school requires him to wear brown shoes, but not boat shoes. We first found these shoes at Nordstrom, but at a much higher price. Then when his feet went beyond a boy's size, Nordstrom did not carry these in men's sizes. We found them on Zappos three years ago and have ordered them each year since. These shoes are very comfortable and hold up to a school year's worth of wear, without wearing out. We love them! We only have to replace them due to his feet getting bigger. A great buy on Zappos.

Just extraordinary service. I had to return a pair of shoes I got from Zappos due to bad fit. I decided to exchange them for a more expensive pair that had better arches. Not only did they immediately send me the new pair 2 days express air mail, they made up the difference in cost, and not only that, they sent the new shoe exchange before I mailed in the old pair. Other online shoe places demand you charge for the new shoe exchange and then get refunded after they receive the old shoe exchange. The customer service could not have been nicer! Take my word, this is a first class benevolent operation at Zappos.

I will never, ever buy another shoe as great as these shoes are, look very sharp, fashionable, and most of all great arch support. And if you think you have a wide foot, well, this makes it that much easier. The chart below only offers me 5 Stars but I give this shoe 10 Stars.

I bought these for my 90 year old Dad. He needed a wide width and these were perfect. They run true to size. He can slip them on by himself. He was very happy!
