I have wide feet that need strong arch support. I have been buying Merrell Jungle Mocs extra wide for over 10 years because the foot insert comes out and my orthotics slip in nicely. Plus the shoe itself gives support for a long time.

Great work shoe.Do alot Of walking,and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day.I do not take them off when I get home, they are so comfortable.Looking for my wife and I a pair of hikeing boots,any suggestions.

I ordered a pair of these to replace a worn-out pair from a couple of years ago. I ordered the same size only to find that these run much narrower than the older pair. They were visibly narrower even when comparing the tread of the old pair to the new and they were too tight as a result. Unfortunately, I had to return them and reordered them in wide. Hopefully they will fit.

This is the third pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs I have purchased for my husband. He loves them and wears them constantly. He likes that they last a while and are versatile. Usually they are the only shoes he packs when we travel because they are good for walking, light hiking and can be worn to dinner (casual).

Just the facts:
I'm 5'7" 200 lbs (working on that). I work in the operating rooms of several busy hospitals. Shifts range from busy 8 hours to 24 in hospital, "in/out of call rooms to emergency Code Blues and surgeries." I have been wearing these shoes steadfastly for several years and have bought pairs for each site I work at. The comfort they provide my flat feet is commendable and recommendable. Being able to slip these on before jogging to an emergency is convenient as well.
Anecdote:
My dad and grandfather even use these shoes (grandpa can't bend over to tie his shoes with ease and is in excess of 200 lbs).
Simply put, they are great shoes. Thank you for making great footwear.

Great shoe that I wear with my casual pants to work. I am in outside sales and these are very comfortable to wear on long car rides as well as short in/out of the car stops. The only problem is the suede is harder to care for so I am on my fourth pair. I switch colors so I always have two to switch between.

I told a friend of my husband's about this fabulous site. He kept having trouble finding a good shoe when shopping stores. Before I got my Merrell Jungle Mocs, I was a merely average person, perhaps a wee bit less. Since I put these shoes on, my life has been transformed. I am now smarter, better looking, younger, weigh less, and have become the second most interesting man in the world! Supermodels ask to have their pictures taken with me. I've been promoted twice at work since Christmas, even though the company was shut down. My congressman asked me for advice on how to prevent going over the fiscal cliff.
I've gone on two twenty-seven mile hikes in these shoes, with no socks, and not only didn't have any blisters, I felt refreshed and my shoes and feet smelled like lilacs in the spring! (I ordinarily only walk to the mailbox, and only then when my wife is out with the car -- I'd much rather drive than walk a couple hundred feet.)
These are truly magnificent shoes, and I highly recommend them to anyone except my kids.
