This is my third pair of Merrells and won't be my last. I find them very comfortable and easy to put on and off. They almost feel like a bedroom slipper. I love wearing them.

First of all Zappos carry superior brands of inventory. My Merrells fit perfectly. The ordering of my shoes was easy quick and concise. The shoes arrived long before the projected time and they arrived well packaged and exactly as I ordered.

Sizing is a little off. I normally wear a 10 and a half and when I received these shoes they felt a little loose in the heel. SO I tried on a 10 but they were toe touching too short. SO I will keep the 10 and a half because the arch support is fantastic and these Mocs will be great for climbing.

I waited to write this so that I could give these a fair test and break them in before coming to any conclusions. I bought them in preparation for an international trip where I will be doing a lot of walking. I take EEE width shoes in size 9 or 9.5, depending on brand and style. For these, I chose 9.5. I weigh a little over 250 lbs. I haven't bought mocs before because one foot is slightly smaller than the other and invariably, that foot would rub in the heel. These started out that way but after broken in, seem to be fine. They are comfortable, but not loose-fitting. There's lots of support for my flat feet. I should note that other shoes I've worn with this level of support made my feet ache by the end of the day. This was the case early on, but has diminished as the shoes have broken in and my feet have adjusted. Are they the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn? No, but they are comfortable and the support and fit are consistent. They are very easy to put on and remove and the heels have remained as new (no collapsing.) They look attractive and the appearance is consistently good. I find them to be most comfortable with heavy socks, but I am a sock person (I almost never go without socks where some like to wear shoes like these without them.) After two weeks of daily wear, they seem like new.

The shoes fit great and arrived in the time described. I live in Minnesota so they are good for all weather. They feel good with different weights of socks. I particularly like the arch support.

Second pair of the same shoe I've bought for my husband. Turned the first pair into work shoes after two years. New pair were just as comfortable as the old pair. He has a terrible time finding shoes that feel good on his feet.

This is a review of Zappos. I have never encountered a company that has such a prompt and friendly customer service policy. I would definitely recommend doing business with them. The price was competitive, service and delivery were the best!

Merrell's have always been my "go to" shoes for the past 8-10 years. I can put them on, straight out of the box, and there is no "break-in time" needed...usually. I have bought their Jungle Mocs before, so when I got these for a trip out of town, I put them on..went out the door, and figured they would be the only shoe that I would need for the next 5 days. Unfortunately, that was not the case. This pair (and maybe it is only this pair), was unusually narrow in the toe. It rubbed blisters on my foot, and I was in pain. The Zappos team member, Joyce, helped me resolve the situation. She was delightful! BUT: I have learned. Merrell, or any other brand of shoe, I will make sure that they fit, before I head out the door for a 5 day trip, with only that pair of shoes!!
