I was browsing for comfortable all-purpose shoes that could be used with business casual attire at work for a lot of standing and short walking, as well as for cruises, weekend casual, and vacation. I was getting tired of sneakers, which had to be laced up, making them less convenient to slip on/off regularly, boat shoes which have the preppy look for work but not the durability, or crocs which are mighty comfortable and convenient, but look low-rent, and aren't passable for work use. I stuck the Merrill Jungle Mocs on my wishlist for Christmas, almost as an aside...and forgot about them. Well someone picked them out for Christmas, and I got my first encounter with Merrills in the flesh. I slipped them on, and they were immediately comfortable - fit great in the wide width, conformed well to the foot and didn't slip or slide around. Comfortable to walk in and the suede-like upper worked fine for business casual. I had a trip to Disney World a few weeks after X-mas, and wasn't originally planning to use the Mocs as I figured on warm weather and shorts, so the Crocs would serve fine...but brought the Mocs just in case - and the weather was nice and cool. So the first few days, I figured I could give these a real test to see if they'd be comfortable for all day walking. 15 miles a day, 2 days in a row, and my feet never tired...they were as comfortable as the Crocs, but in a much nicer looking shoe. And I could still slide them on to go to work at the office the next day. Now I'm entertaining some other Merrill models outside of the Jungle Moc...if I can find a place to see some in person. In the meantime, the Jungle mocs are holding up beautifully almost 9 months later - being used 5 days a week plus some weekend and travel explorations...they look like they'll last years, and when they finally do go, I'll surely replace them with another pair!

This is my third pair of these shoes. I've tried similar looking off brands but have never been able to find a pair better than Merrell. I just bought a new pair again. They last the longest out of any brand. I've turned family and friends into believers as well!

Don't ever stop making this shoe! Support and Comfort are the absolute best. I have tried them all, but this shoe is the one that I always go to when I know I will be on my feet or walking all day. Thanks Merrell!

This is a great men's shoe. I bought them online for my son. They are a great shoe for traveling - comfortable for walking or hiking, easy to slip off for security check, waterproof in snow, and nice looking for going out to dinner. Very highly recommended!

The shoes are just what I wanted. They're comfortable and a good fit.

I bought these as a gift to replace a pair of Uggs of the same basic style which he wore so much and so long that he wore a hole through the bottom of the shoes which I didn't think was supposed to be possible. With the availability of the wide width, I bought what I guessed would be the right size and it worked. He slipped his foot in the shoes and a smile appeared from ear to ear. When we can save up some more money we'll buy them in the brown and in the leather. These are the best men's shoes ever!

I needed slips that had good arch support. I went to many stores and try on many slip-ons, these were the only ones I could find with good support. Plus I liked their look too.

These fit great, extremely comfortable! On my feet all day and these shoes are the best. Merrell is a product worth the price. I have three pairs in different styles and they are all equally excellent.

My husband has plantar fascitits and hasn't found a doctor or treatment that has been a "cure" until he tried these shoes. They fit perfectly and have the best support of any shoes we've tried. He has a terrible time buying shoes and he put these on the first time and hasn't stopped wearing them. We've already gotten another pair just in case Merrell stops making them (please don't).

My Husband has had many pairs of the Jungle Moc's and just loves them for the way feel and fit his fat feet, there the only thing he'll wear. Thank You Merrell

I have worn this shoe for many years and do not plan to stop anytime. The shoe is nice looking and I wear them to church as well as every where else. The ease of stepping in and out of the shoe is unbeatable. As I get older it is more and more difficult to bend over to tie shoe strings, so I am glad that I don't have to anymore. Also when the shoe gets old, it makes an outstanding gardening shoe.

The only shoes I will buy, keep me comfortable all day!
