Super comfortable shoes with the stock insoles and no "break in" period. I think I have a fairly average arch, for what it's worth. Easy to slip on and off without feeling like they'll fall off your feet. I've read other reviews that recommended ordering half a size larger than normal, which I did and found to be a great fit. Excellent traction without picking up too much debris. They are made of suede and don't seem to breathe very freely (they keep my feet warm), so they may lose points when the weather gets hot. My second pair of Merrells and I'll be happy to buy my next. They aren't the cheapest shoes, but they deliver a lot of value for the money. Zappos rocks as usual with the prompt free shipping and detailed product descriptions; I've yet to need to find out how their customer service is. I recommend these shoes and buying them from Zappos also seems a fine option.

I needed something to keep my feet dry and warm in the rain. I also have a few foot problems that need to be addressed in my shoes - especially a heel spur which requires very cushioned heels. I wanted to be able to wear thick socks with these, so I got a half size larger than usual. They are plenty big, even with my thickest socks. When I first put them on, I was a little worried about the firm arch support but it felt great after wearing them for a couple of hours. Now I do not even notice it. In just a couple of weeks these have become my go-to shoes for running to the store or other errands. I would buy another pair immediately if I lost them.

This is my third pair of Merrill Jungle Mocs. I love the comfort of these shoes. They have a great tread for rain or snow and are warm for winter wear. I have worn a 9 and a half in the past, but needed a 10 this time around. No problem with Zappos easy return policy. I had the correct size in 2 days!

I was very unsure of what size to purchase for this shoe as I'm not used to buying brands that use the M/W format of sizing. The reviews on here led me to believe that I would probably want to go M, not W. In my case, it turns out W was the correct fit. In hopes for helping people in the future I often buy Rockport and New Balance brand shoes at size 13 and EE width. I'd recommend the W width on this shoe.

The shoe is great; but you have to wear socks. I didn't and in about 2 months, they we're a "ripe". So no choice; but to toss them.

Wow, these are the most comfortable shoes I own! It's like walking on a cloud. I wore out my last pair! I wish the got rid of the silly loop in the back of the shoe, but I can overlook that because they fit me so well. Very pleased customer!
