Air sole squawks at heel, and stretch material is coming unstitched. Shoes don't have 20days of wear.

I own two pairs of Jungle Moc Touch I purchased in 2014, and they are still fantastic. This new 2016 Jungle Moc has a different sole (pattern, and perhaps material) that is slippery. I just completed a river cruise in Europe, visiting the same places I walked in 2014 in my 2014 Mocs. This time, the 2016 Moc was slippy-slidey on the cobblestones, and sometimes even on interior marble floors. I even fell on my back in Drnstein, Germany! Avoid!

went for a 5+ mile hike, with socks on, my feet have never hurt this bad. Great shoe for lounging.

Great pair of shoes until they got soaking wet. Went to slip them on after drying and couldn't even get my foot in. Tried stretching with no luck. Looking for a new pair of shoes now.

I've had 20 pair of these in the past, but the ones I just bought were coming unstitched before I even tried them on, seemed to have a new, cheaper feeling material for the sole, and the same wide width I've work for nearly 20 years in this shoe, was way too narrow. Either they were labeled incorrectly, or they've decided to save money by trimming the size down. There's nothing about this shoe that I can recommend at this point. I see others on here saying they all of a sudden were cut large for them, after years of buying the same shoe, so I can only guess that wherever they have off-shored the manufacturing is very poor with quality control. It's a shame, because this have been my go-to casual shoe for decades now, and I'm going to have to look at a shoe from a different manufacturer.

Ordered 8.5W, got something that was neither 8.5 nor W. Appeared to be good Merrell quality, but fit s**ked. Can neither recommend nor condemn this product, as I was not able to use it, but Merrell doesn't allow "neutral" recommendations.

shoe appeared small and measured approximately an inch and a half shorter than my previous copy of same shoe. could not put my foot in shoe, appeared to be 1 1/2 sizes too small although appropriately marked as to size.

It is very slippy on flat and wet ground!

I am very disappointed with these. They are very worn on the outside where the little toe is. The leather looks rotten.

Environment: Seattle Washington On any wet surface they may as well be greased on the bottom, have almost fallen twice walking the dog in my apartment complex on wet asphalt. Also slipped on wet concrete. Work grate on carpeted surfaces, Don't seam to fit right for any serous walking. I would save my $$$ and get sandals or something else.

Heard these were great shoes. Wore mine less than a month when sole polled away from the shoe at the toe. Not sure they were worth my investment.

The shoe has such a high in-step area, it rubbed a sore on the top of each one of my feet - I can't wear them at all. I really need to send them back but I'm not sure how to go about it.

i have orderd the Taupe jungle moc, especialy from the us to my home in israel. they are very comfortable and beutifull shoes at first. but their color shifted very fast to dark brown due to the dirt and dust, which in this color- you can not clean! noa matter what i tried. now, after 1.5 month they are just ugly shoes. i'm very dissapointed. they were so nice at first but they are not practical shoes. i wish that the company will Compensate me for all Discomfort caused by this Purchase. thanks, Amitay

I'm quite disappointed how these shoes wear out so quickly. I wear the shoes daily in an office environment. To and from the car etc... The last two pair of Merrells I've had wear out in the same fashion. I'm only getting about 4-6 months before the stitching is coming loose and the area where the heel slides down into the shoe exposing a hard plastic that then rubs on my achille's tendon. When the last pair did this, I chalked it up as a fluke. Two pair in a row is very disappointing. Very comfortable shoes, hopefully Merrell fixes this issue.

I had these shoes for only two months before the rubber on the soles had worn flat. Within 6 months, I had worn entirely through the sole. Not durable. Merrell's own "sticky rubber" sole doesn't even compare in the least to a good quality Vibram sole. I have never worn out a pair of shoes this fast. Go with the Olmecs, or plan on wearing these out...FAST. Not worth the money.

This is the third pair I have purchased. I have preferred them as they are easy to slip on and last a long time. The first pair that I purchased about 10 years ago were a size 11 and fit comfortably. The second pair that I bought caused me to upgrade my size to 12 in order to fit. The third pair that I have recently purchased are size 12 and do not fit well at all. They are loose in the heel and so tight in the front that my toes have gotten blisters. Also, the width cramps my toes.

I have been wearing these shoes for less then a year, they are very comfortable but very unfortunate that the inside material is kind of cheap and is wearing out. There is a big hole in the heel part of the shoe, exposing the plastic material. And the Tongue (the thing you use to pull your shoe up) is also exposed on the inside of the shoe, the edge of that material has some kind of glue on it, it is scratching up my heel. I don't know what to do, I spend a lot of money on the pair and it feels like the shoe is falling apart from the inside. They are very comfortable but I am very disappointed with the quality.

They made the Jungle Moc more narrow. I had to return the shoes. I have been wearing Merrill Jungle Mocs for many years. I am extremely disappointed in the new sizing.

The leather in these shoes must be treated with a very harsh chemical, because your feet will break out in a terrible rash when they get wet. I kept them dry for over a year and didn't have any problems, but when I retired them to be my hiking shoes and started to get them wet, I got terrible rashes on the tops of both my feet everytime. I've never had this problem with any other shoe. I hope the manufacturer takes a serious look at this issue. I will never buy another pair of Merrell shoes until this is addressed.

My son loves these.They fit great and they are easy on easy off.

I have bought Jungle Moc shoes continuously for about 9 years now (4 or 5 pairs), but I'm afraid I will have to look for something else. I ordered them online this time because they have been so reliably the same every time I bought a new pair, and I always needed the same size. This time I returned them because they no longer fit the same. The heel was loose on the new (same size number) pair, and also the heel height had changed making them feel like elevator shoes. My low rating is just for the fact that they are different now from what I was used to. I don't know that they are otherwise bad shoes.

I bought 2 pair before I realized they rounded the heals. Very disappointed in Merrell. Feels like I walking in a hole.
