I'm sincerely bummed out this is the best slip on hiking moc Merrell is now making for women. These are not insulated and they're not waterproof.
Yet, the make "full shoe" (not the shoes with the heel missing, how the heck can you hike in those?) slip on mocs for men which are insulated and waterproof.
Come on Merrell equal shoe rights for women here please ! Bring back the slip on, insulated, waterproof, full shoe mocs for women and make them in black please!

This is my second pair of Merrill Woman's Jungle Mocs. I'm still using the first pair every day. Live in the country so am outside, in the garden, etc a lot. They are the shoes I wear every day, all day. I just bought a new pair to wear when I go out.
Love them, comfortable, they do not pick up dirt, grass, etc so are easy to keep clean. The first pair are blue and these new ones are black am going to wear them for the first time today. It's a bright sunny day and minus 3. Cold!

This particular pair of jungle mocs is the seventh pair I have purchased. They must be defective as they are not comfortable at all. Plus they make noise when I walk.

i thought that I would love these shoes based on all the reviews. I wore them to work and could not even wear them for 8 hours and needed to be on my feet for 12 hours. i found the shoes hurting the outside of my feet and had to change shoes. i tried to break them in but have not been happy with them at all.

I think I'm the only person in the world that didn't like this shoe!! I actually found it very uncomfortable. The front of the shoe cut into all of my toes, but especially my smaller toes. I have no idea why - it was sized right and the width was fine. But I found it very uncomfortable to walk in because my toes were smashed as soon as I started walking. They were fine to stand in, just not walk. I also didn't care for the arch - I really felt it greatly lacked arch support - but I do have a fairly high arch. Also, I found the shoe to be very heavy - much heavier than other Merrell's. I would trip in them if I kept trying to walk. The heel of the shoe is particularly heavy. So I'm not keeping them - sorry Zappos!
