They hurt my feet and i would like to send them back and haven't worn them. So what do i do? I need a 9 med. instead of the 8 and a half.

I had to take these off and make sure I didn’t put them on with cardboard still in them. These are very stiff and hard. The side cut into my foot/ankle after about 10 seconds of putting them on. Not giving them a chance to loosen up.

This is the first shoe I have ordered that was absolutely awful!! It looked huge, it was huge and it looked like a man’s shoe. Zappos is great but this shoe is worth 0 stars. I will be ordering other shoes but not these

These shoes are unwearable. I like the styling and wore them around the house for a bit before deciding I would keep them. I then walked 1 mile in them and realized they are horrible. The top of the shoe comes too high up and the edge cuts into the front to my ankle. They truly are unwearable. Now I’m out $80 and have a useless pair of shoes.

I found these shoes about 5 years ago and fell in love. I have arthritis in both knees to the point that I was having trouble standing or walking more than 30 minutes. Within four hours of putting my jungle mocs on, my knees no longer hurt and I was able to walk through the Minneapolis airport with very little discomfort. Recently, I decided to buy a new pair as my original pair was getting a little worn looking. I noticed that the description no longer included Qform framework. When I called Merrell to ask about it, they informed me that they had "improved" the shoe by "moving away" from Qform in favor of some other support framework. At their urging, I ordered a pair (not from Zappos). First thing I noticed was that the color was strange, more greenish gray that my original Gunsmoke mocs. Then I put them on. The collar is significantly higher than my old shoes, and within 30 minutes had rubbed my ankle joint sore. In about 4 hours, my knees started hurting. I've tried them 2 or three times with the same result. Needless to say, I won't be buying anymore Merrell shoes without Qform until they bring back the original framework and cut. If they don't bring it back, then they've lost someone who would have been a lifelong customer. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This review is not aimed at Zappos, they've always been wonderful to do business with.

The first time I ordered there was a scuff on the right shoe toe. I returned it for another. The same thing. Didn't want to bother returning it a second time...I needed the shoes for an event...so I wore them as is. Zappoz gave me a refund and let me keep the shoes. They still look awful when I wear them and I can't really wear them as a day or dress shoe because of the flaw. I wrote to Merrell and their excuse is that they might have been returned items that were mixed into current sale stock. Hmmm...well....the shoes are comfy, good for walks but useless for other purposes unless I don't care that they look well worn. Zappoz was willing to make all good for me...I appreciate the great customer service but buying a pair of shoes shouldn't require 3 attempts that don't concern size or fit...Fault of the manufacturer in my opinion.

Zappos...awesome as usual! Shoes...not so much! Not sure why these were different as I have worn these for years. Little support, uncomfortable...not worth wearing again. I would have certainly returned had I not worn.

I think I'm the only person in the world that didn't like this shoe!! I actually found it very uncomfortable. The front of the shoe cut into all of my toes, but especially my smaller toes. I have no idea why - it was sized right and the width was fine. But I found it very uncomfortable to walk in because my toes were smashed as soon as I started walking. They were fine to stand in, just not walk. I also didn't care for the arch - I really felt it greatly lacked arch support - but I do have a fairly high arch. Also, I found the shoe to be very heavy - much heavier than other Merrell's. I would trip in them if I kept trying to walk. The heel of the shoe is particularly heavy. So I'm not keeping them - sorry Zappos!
