I had to return these although the size was right. The stiffness of the leather hurt my bunions

Fit was too wide for my feet and not the style I was needing. These seemed to be durable and rugged though fit outdoors.

Feels too small and hasn’t softened or loosened up after many wearings. Good shoes—wish I had a half size larger.

The brown suede looks worn in an unattractive way.

I wanted these for inclement weather days. They fit. Barely. I have a high instep and the elastic gores are stretched. I fear they will eventually "lose" their stretchiness as elastic always does and then I will be out the expense of these shoes. And have floppy shoes. I am returning. I am better off with a shoe that has laces. Thanks for understanding, Zappos.

I ordered the Wide size because I thought the normal width would be too tight (which had happened before). The left shoe fits just fine and support is good. But the right one is too wide and lacks support.

I ordered my normal size but these shoes are very snug on my foot. Since they don’t come in wide width and next size is not available I’m going to wear them around the house in hopes that they stretch a little.

Just not right for me.

Too small. I wish they ran a bit bigger. They look really cool and look as if they’d last a long time. Oh well. Back to the drawing board

Was looking for a shoe that I could walk miles in on city streets. I love how sleek these shoes look with the all white and all pink. Strangely, I also go the pink in the same size and that shoe was a little bit looser. Ultimately, the opening towards the front of my ankle kept on digging into my bone. It started to hurt quite a bit so they're going back!

The shoes were very, very narrow; toes through I'm very disappointed in manufacturer. Thank you Zappos for your excellent and efficient return policy.

Since I have a wide foot, this shoe is always a bit tight. I can deal with that. But what I cannot deal with is the fact the shoes are NOT WATERPROOF. It starts gradually, and then in a few months to a year, my foot is sopping wet after walking the dog in the wet grass in the morning. I am currently on my 3rd pair, as Merrell had given me two new pairs after I complained 2 years in a row. I am past the warranty stage, and even if I was offered a new pair , I would most likely decline. I would much rather have my money back to purchase a pair of similar shoes from a different manufacturer.
