Felt a little snug; may be that they're not as worn in as my old ones! (more than 10 years) Has been somewhat better as I've been wearing them. Color is much better than pictured online. PS: Still have my old ones---they're fitted with ice grippers, which are really hard to put on shoes, so it's handy to have a "ready for anything" old pair!

I tried my usual size 9 which was too small. 91/2 worked perfectly. Shoes are very comfortable and supportive.

These are great shoes, and my teenagers/young adults love them. I wish they came in narrower sizes. They are always way too big in the heels, esp. if yo have a narrower foot.

I really like Merrills shoes & I so wanted these for cooler weather.Unfortunately, while the footbed and shoe in general fit well the collar was so high and stiff that it was hard to get the shoe on & off. In addition my ankles have developed a swelling issue that added to the discomfort of the collar. I wore them around the house (inside & on carpet) for 20-30 min. at a time over several months but was never able to overcome the issue. Very grateful for Zappos generous, lengthy return policy! My next pair of Merrells will have a lower/ wider collar...

The old Jungle Mocs were a favorite. But a few years ago when I tried to replace my black ones they were too narrow in the size I had always worn. I learned later that the black ones were no longer made in China . They were being made in Viet Nam and had a new narrower last. I still have a brown pair made in China. They are the right width( in a medium) with great padding and support. Didn't need orthotics/insoles in them. These have a flimsy insole . I reached out to Merrell and they told me they now sell insoles to fit their shoes ( different insoles for different feet I guess ) so hopefully I can buy some that will have the missing padding & support ( and maybe even use them in some other shoes). We'll see. It's a boring style I guess but I have a boring style so they fit right in.

The shoes feel great, good last, good footbed, a very secure feeling. No break-in time necessary. The problem is the opening of the shoe is too high and it pushes against my ankle bones. That's not going to change, so sadly, they have been returned.

It's a very good shoe overall. Very well made. I'm returning it, though, because the description said it had light plush on the inside and it did not, which I needed.

This is at least my 5th pair of Jungle Moc. It is the best fit. My back does not like other shoes(?).

Fairly easy to slip on to walk the dog. A little more narrow than I hoped but still comfortable to walk. And with a new dog, walk is what I do.

These are not quite the same as they were a few years ago but they are still comfortable. I read where they are now made in Cambodia and not China so I would guess that is the reason for the change. I will probably look for another brand next time.

Tried both the Wide and Medium, and in both the heel cup was too big. My heels would slide out, even with socks on. Too bad, because they're attractive--if very unisex--shoes. Loved the pigskin finish.
