Very Comfortable - This is my second pair of the Jungle Moc. I have this in black also. I had foot surgery awhile back and this was the only shoe I could wear that was comfortable enough. It's also great for light snow, warm, and the tread on the bottom is a help also. I would recommend this shoe for anyone who has foot "issues".

Wonderful - This is my third pair. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. This pair doesn't seem to be of the same quality though. The arch support doesn't seem to be as good and one shoe is a little wider than the other. It almost seems like the pair was returned by another buyer. But I still like them better than any other shoe I've worn in winter.

Fabulous shoes! These shoes fit like a dream. Great comfort...terrific arch support but the overall shoe sort of encases your entire foot in a warm supportive way...just wonderful. You can wear them the day you get them and never tire of them on your feet. I have two pair!

WONDERFUL shoe - First, ZAPPO'S is GREAT!!! thanks! Now as to the size of this--it is true to size. I wear 9 1/2 & that fit just fine. Other Merrells I have to get 1/2 size smaller-- (Encore Groove). This Moc has enough toe wiggle room & fits nice around foot & ankle to hold the shoe on your foot. Good arch support, & great footbed. Sole is quite rugged & you don’t feel any rocks or stuff when walking on un-even surfaces. Width is also true, so if you have real wide feet, this may not work for you, or you may have to size up 1/2. Very comfortable to walk in & feet don’t overheat. I also wear a thin cotton sock & it is just fine. Got the black & so far so good--easy to brush off & then they look new again. The price is a good deal also & of course, ZAPPOS is the ONLY place to get this & FAST too!! I don’t know how they do that --?? Good choice for an easy on/off shoe that supports & is comfortable ALL day. I expect these to last a long time, but may get another color just in case they ever discontinue this "find"., as some companies do & then your "stuck". Wish they would let you know when they plan to do those things, then we could "stock-up".

Really happy with these shoes - Ever since discovering Crocs during my first pregnancy - I haven't found anything comparable comfort wise to wear during the cold weather. While these aren't *quite* as comfortable - they are pretty close. I found the top portion a little snug but after a week or so of wearing it loosened up a little and I really enjoy wearing these. They are nice and warm and have good traction - I think they will bridge the gap between Croc season and boot season really well for me.

Wonderful, casual shoe! I wear these shoes at least 5 days a week. They are a wonderful, casual shoe. Probably not nice enough for work, but wonderful on weekends and nights.

Favs - Perfect shoes for me, comfortable, easy to walk in. Not the most flattering shoe in the world, but who cares? Once they're on my feet I think they're beautiful.

Just what you expect! These are terrific shoes - and my third pair. They aren't the most stylish, but they fit wonderfully, are comfortable, etc. I can wear them all day long and be on my feet standing and I have no problems. And of course, Zappos makes everything very easy!

Fantastic shoe - Not pretty, but practical and comfy. I've had a pair for a couple of years, and I love them. I bought this pair to have another color, but ended up giving these to my mom. It's kind of funny seeing a 75 year old woman in these sporty shoes, but they're easy on/off, stable to walk in, warm, and lightweight which makes them great for the elderly.

Jungle Mocs - The Jungle Mocs are an excellent shoe! They are truly comfortable and they stay and are easy to clean! I live in the mountains and it snows a lot!! (Not a true snow boot) but for those days after they are wonderful, and with all the snow and salt still on the ground, they hold up very well and are easy to clean the suede! The shoe did feel a half size bigger, but besides that they are very comfortable!

Great Shoes - These are great shoes. Most comfortable and great looking too.

City walker's delight - Love these shoes! I've worn them to the office a couple times already - they've got a great business casual look to it. Dressier than athletic shoes yet just as comfortable. They feel lightweight, so you can walk everywhere with them. And virtually no break-in time! I'm going to wear these when I travel next month. I know I'll be comfortable with them on.

Most comfortable shoe -- the best! I have been wearing Merrell shoes for the past seven years. My age is 78 (woman) and for years my Doctor had said it best not to be changing heel heights; for my bad back was much more cooperative when I follow his advice. These Merrell Jungle Mocs are attractive, comfortable and well made.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I've had two knee surgeries in the last 6 months and my knee is still very messed up. I need stable shoes that provide a lot of support. These are truly the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! The moment I slipped them on, I could not believe the feeling. My ankle and knee feel like they are much more stable. I often read reviews that say certain shoes feel like you are walking on clouds - but these truly do. My husband teased me the first day I received them that I was probably going to wear them to bed. It took awhile to find the right shoes, these are "the ones". I am taking them on a trip to Italy in a few weeks. The first pair I ordered were just slightly big and I ordered a size smaller - they were perfect, but I am always somewhere between an 8 and 8.5 and usually end up ordering both sizes on any shoe to find the right fit. These shoes are a little funny looking, but I am happy to sacrifice comfort for cute. I bought the black and they are very easy to clean - I live in the rainy muddy Pacific Northwest. I am sold on Merrell.

Love these! I love how these shoes fit! They do not slip at all and have somewhat good arch support. I do have to put supports in, but I can walk for hours with them. I have had many comments on how good they look.

This shoe was a good fit, and was comfortable except for the top of the shoe. The edge dug into the top of my foot/ankle. Did not work for me.

Im happy I made this purchase to replace a similar model Merrell shoe which was several years old. These look great in comparison.

I was really hoping I would love thse, after reading all the great reviews. However, I'm returning them for two reasons. 1) The shoe pressed up against my right ankle bone and caused tremendous pain shooting up the side of my calf. I only tried them on for 2-3 minutes, but the pain in my ankle and up my leg lasted HOURS! 2) It's kinda hard to describe, but these felt unstable to me. Like, my feet were sitting high in the shoe, and the tread was oddly high, as well. It felt like they could tip and I would roll an ankle. I have several pairs of Merrell mules and hiking boots and I love the brand - quality and fit. But these were a big NO for me.

I was looking for a comfortable yet sturdy shoe that might work for travel that wasn’t an athletic shoe. The jungle moc had consistent good reviews and I think merrell shoes fit me well. These are okay..maybe they’ll be great the more I wear them. They’re a pull on shoe which is always a challenge for someone with a very high instep…and they’re very heavy, so I probably won’t be taking them for travel since I pack a single carryon for any international travel and they would take up too much space and weight. Otherwise, I like anything suede, it just has more give than leather. Like most people, one foot is slightly larger/wider than the other making the fit loose and tight at the same time. Also, not sure if the tongue will bother my instep. For everyday walking, the shoe will probably be fine…

I ideally would wear a N, but M width is usually fine in shoes without a low. Oddly these slip right off when taking a step even though I tried both my normal size and a 1/2 size down. Maybe its because of the elastic.

I had this exact style years ago and loved them. I finally had to get rid of them because I wore them out. I decided to try the Jungle Moc again, but unhappily, my feet were not happy this time. The 6.5W fit well, but I found the arch too much for my feet. Both feet felt as if they had rocks directly under the arch. My feet were hurting within a minute. I have more recently been wearing a lot more zero balance shoes, so perhaps this "arch on steroids" in the Merrell Jungle Moc just isn't for me anymore. Had to return (also returned Size 7 & Size 7W - wasn't sure if I was still 6.5 or 7 in this style, but the 6.5 was a perfect fit).

I am normally a size 9, occasionally an 8.5. I went by the reviews that said they fit true to size, so I ordered my normal size 9, and they were too large so had to return them. I wanted to reorder in an 8.5, but I couldn't find a discount coupon for the reorder like I had used for the original order, so checked Amazon. And their price (for the 8.5) was actually less than the discounted price at Zappos. So I ordered them from Amazon, and the 8.5 fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable and stay on the foot easily with plenty of top coverage. I bought them mostly for walking the dogs, especially in wet weather. I'm not sure they are completely slip proof on wet pavement, so will need to use caution. Overall, I am very happy with them.
