These are great shoes for light hiking, or just kicking around. I love that they just slip on. I also like the Merrel Encore Ice, but that is a bit more of a slipper type shoe, so this is more of a real shoe.

This is a very sturdy shoe. I have waited a long time to find a pair of Merrells which are perfect for me and I've found them. Since these are slip ons, they will probably loosen up a little, because they are tight on the top of the shoe. I can't say they are exactly a half size too small, because they aren't - only tight. The elastic gussets on either wide will probably loosen up over time and the shoe will be perfect. They are comfortable, the correct width and have great support. The traction on the shoe is superb. You'll like it and Zappos guarantees it.

I normally wear a size 10, but after trying on a 10.5 and an 11, I can say the size 11 fit. However, there were uneven lumps on the sole and inside the top edge of the shoe, making them very uncomfortable. I have worn Merrell Jungle Mocs for probably 15 years, and I must sadly say that I am done with them. The quality has sunk too low.

I've been wearing Merrell Jungle Moc's for over 25+ years, the best shoes for me! Great arch support and I always feel that my feet are well supported, having neuropathy in my feet, these make me feel very secure when walking!

I’ve had my eye on these for awhile. Not the “coolest” shoe by any stretch but my goodness they’re functional as hell. The perfect dog walking shoes, great support and my feet feel warm and protected. They’re also waterproof which is great. For me they run half a size too small, I’m a 39 in Birkenstock, a 9/40 in Ecco, and I wear a 9.5 in these.

Size was off. Tighter and shorter than expected. Quality is great.

I love these Merrells, but one size is too small and the next size slides a bit on my heel. :(

I work on my feet on cement floor. The shoes come up high on the foot, I tend to pronate my foot when I walk, the sides kind of dig into my ankle bones at first BUT these are super stable shoes with really solid arch support. So it is also helping me to not pronate my foot when walking. My feet do not kill me at the end of my shift anymore!

Great walking shoe for winter days. They are on the heavier side so you wouldnt be running in them but they look and feel great.

I've loved Merrells for years, and have recently turned hubby on to them. Ordered these and a similarly styled clog for him recently. The clog was a perfect fit at his normal size, but he struggled to even get this one on his foot. Definitely like it enough to reorder 1/2 size and full size up. Will report back. I gave it 5 stars on everything b/c when we get the right size, all of those will be true.

Love them, I have flat feet but I can wear these without orthotics. Arch support wears down after about one year, but I can walk anywhere and wear them all day. Great shoe. I’d like one with a little more support at same price.

I purchased these after getting lost in a search for waterproof slip ons that I could wear on my farm. I’ve loved them and didn’t question their waterproof feature because I’ve walked through mud, puddles, rain and heavy dew and not once did my feet feel the slightest bit moist. Today my friend tells me they are not waterproof because they don’t have a little tag on them. It was news to me. I followed my order to this page and read they are not waterproof. I don’t even see a comment on their water repellent quality. Well I am shocked. The Mocs I ordered, the ones on this page, are indeed waterproof. And they are comfy, easy to slip on and durable as well. I was about to order another pair and now I’m confused.

I had my last pair of Jungle mocs for at least 12 years and although they look "worn" can still be used). I need to use an arch support. Even though I have a narrow foot, the wide width works for me. They hug my foot for minimum slippage at the heel and are the best solution to my problem that I have found I find them warm and comfortable and am considering ordering another pair in a lighter color.

This is my third pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs. The only reason I am buy this replacement pair is that I spilled something on my other black ones that won't come off. Otherwise they are in great shape. I love them, and I love shopping at Zappos because it's easy and their prices are lower than anywhere else.

Comfy and warm! And they fit my slightly wide feet. My husband has a couple of pairs of Merrells, and they seem to hold up well.

These shoes are my go to shoes in the winter. Easy on and off, great arch support, rugged, slip resistant, but attractive for casual wear with jeans or slacks. These are the perfect comfort shoes. I hope they never stop making this style.

These shoes fit very comfortably and can be worn for so many different things. Especially great for air travel as they easily slip on and off for security.

Love these shoes. I had a pair years ago and was looking for a replacement, Now my feet stay warm and I can enjoy winter walks.

Just the best shoes I've had in years. I received these Merrells on Friday (so very quick!) and wore them that night and the next day. No problems at all - no breaking in, just so so comfortable. LOVE THEM. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

The very first time I put these shoes on my feet it was like they were made just for me! No break in time needed! Love them! Great for work!
