Ihave worn jungle mocs for over 10 yrs. These are now too narrow. I ordered two sizes but both are cut more narrow than my old ones. Wish they came in wide width. Merrell why did you change the sizing!!

I've worn this shoe for years, but it's been restyled. It appears to have bulkier heels/soles and smaller on the top. They don't sell 10.5, so I had to buy an 11. Besides not liking the aesthetics of these changes, it really changed how it fit. It's only available in a medium width, but it felt more like a narrow. It also seemed longer than I expected compared to other shoes in 11. They were comfortable except that both heels kept sliding up and down a lot, and there wasn't enough room around the width of the toes, so I returned these and bought the same thing in a Men's. Since there's no women's 10.5, I bought a MEN's 8.5 -- and they are perfect! The men's size doesn't seem to have as thick a sole/heel and there's a little more width around the toes. I couldn't be happier with the men's version!

These shoes were just what I wanted from an appearance point of view. But after wearing them off and on for a couple of days around the house I realized they are significantly too narrow. In fact, they displaced the big toe on one foot to a very painful inward pointing position that took many days to correct back to normal. I have been wearing Keen's, Clark's and Birkenstocks for a while so my foot, which I would say is wide without being extremely wide, has had the opportunity not to be squished. Too late to go back to a Merrell medium. These shoes do not come in a wide. Also, btw, they fit pretty tightly through the arch so if you have a high arch, these may not be for you either.

What a disappointment. I held off for as long as I could in replacing my Merrell Jungle Mocs -8 years. The new ones are not as comfortable nor as substantial. They are inferior to the older pair

These shoes were terribly uncomfortable to me. They were too small in the toe box and yet slipped off the back of my heels, even with socks on. It felt like they were bending my feet into an unnatural shape. There wasn't enough arch support to keep my feet from pronating, and even standing, I could feel the "nubs" of the sole digging into my heel, so there really wasn't much support there. I usually always buy Merrells, but these were not for me.

The shoes had been worn before. There was mud on the sole of one of the shoes. The wrong size for a second time was sent. I’m giving up on Zappos for these shoes.

I am true 8M. Toe length was slightly short. Width was more like extra wide. Width was huge even with gym socks. If they fit, they would have been perfect for gardening etc.

I am true size 8m which was way too small and tight. Bought 81/2 w which way too long, but width fine with gym sock. Shoe came way too high on ankle and hurt. Loved the style.

I've been wearing Merrell Jungle Mocs for probably 20 years. They're my all-time favorite shoes. The pair I just received is probably my 8th or 9th pair. of black Jungle Mocs. I usually wear them until the tread is almost gone. However, this new pair is SO TIGHT that I can barely get it on my foot and the whole opening is too tight. It's really uncomfortable! In no way am I going to be able to wear these with socks when the weather cools off. (The new pair is the same model number and same country of manufacture as previous pairs.) It's not a matter of the new pair needing to be broken in, though. My previous pairs have been comfortable from day one. This new pair is going to have to go back, which makes me a little sad because I have no idea what else I can find that will be adequate for me and my very high arches.

I loved my last pair of jungle mocs-I wore them to work and for short walks. Something has changed. The back and sides of the shoe are still the nice plush/flexible yet supportive suede. The toebox however is rigid around the edges pushing into my toes making them unwearable. I have tried to stuff a sock into the toebox and wear them a little at a time to stretch them out with no luck-whatever the rigid piece around the edge is will not budge. I am really bummed because I love my last pair, but will not order these again!!!

After 20 years of wearing Jungle Mocs it now seems that they are labeled two sizes too small; the two shoes in the photo are both labeled Mens 9W. I'm having to return them twice.

I just ordered a new pair of these jungle Mocs because on my previous pair the sides of the rubber peeled away from the shoes on each pair. In the past, I loved these shoes for stepping outside.. Easy on & off, true to size and great fit. I’m going to give them another shot with the new pair, but so disappointed in the rubber peeling back on each moc... I hope this doesn’t happen again!

I have had probably a dozen pairs of jungle mocs over the years, and I really think they have been shrinking! First I wore a 10, then 10.5 (the shoes I am trying to replace) and now I am sending back a new size 10.5 because they are so small. Really, truly, much smaller than the size 10.5 pair I currently have on my feet, like my toes touch the end of the shoe instead of having plenty of wiggle room. Gonna try again with an even larger size because they are so practical.

I have worn Merrell Jungle Mocs for years. This new shoe is nothing like previous shoes. New shoe is cut much narrower through toe, slips at the heel and is very uncomfortable. What happened to Merrell? Can't wear anymore.

I feel Merrell has changed the front vamp of its mules and clogs. I have worn the Jungle Moc and Q form clog for as long as I can remember but the new ones fit differently. The front vamp seems to come up way higher on the front of the foot than the styles I used to wear. I have a high instep and it is now very uncomfortable. I wish Merrell would have just stayed with what worked for everyone. I feel now that I must return these and look for a different brand. They were always my go to shoes. This makes me sad because I have foot isssues and these always worked for me.

I have read many reviews on the shoes. When I received them and I ordered an 8 and an 8½, those shoes hurt so badly. After many reviews I thought that they would be comfortable. But they are not for my feet. So I need to send them back but thank you. Zappos is the best!

I always take a size 8 in Merrell shoes. These were short in the toe and the rest of the shoe was big. They were a weird greenish brown color. Also they were heavier than advertised. It said that size 9 were 11 oz. Size 8 were 11.25 oz. I have leg problems so I need to know the weight. They are going back.

These shoes are so uncomfortable. The tongue area on one shoe digs into the top of my foot severely. I didn't realize how bad it was until I had worn them a few times so now I can't return them. The last time I wore them I had to tuck my mitten in my shoe to protect my foot so I could make it several blocks to the train station. It's so weird because I've bought this exact shoe and size for about the last 5 winters. It is not the most attractive shoe but does an amazing job keeping your feet warm and dry in the winter while still being comfortable to walk in. Until this pair. Not sure if they have changed the way they are making them or if I just got a bum pair but they are terrible. Tried stretching and pulling on the tongue portion to fix it or make it better and it had no effect.

Disappointing! Flimsy quality. Have been wearing waterproof Merrell's for about 10 years, almost year round. This is not Merrell quality! Shoes are very, very wide. Opening around ankle used to be snug, now is wide and loose. Outer sole is weirdly shaped and made walking awkward in the beginning. Never had that problem with other Merrells. Not worth the cost!

I love the Merrell jungle moc , but my regular size I always order (size 7) is too big. What has happened? I will have to wait for size 6&1/2 to be available.

Best shoe for winter. Easy to slip on/off and a perfect fit for my wide foot and I loved that it was waterproof. Have been wearing daily in the winter for two years and they still look new. Amazing.

I buy these same shoes every 2 years. LOVE them. They are great support. Feel safe in snow and ice. Excellent shoe.
