Excellent shoes, maybe a half size off (downwards) from being true to size. This is my second pair of Merrells shoes and it's very hard to go back to anything else.They're not 100% slip resistant, but they are 110% more slip resistant than other dressy-ish shoes when your job requires the form and function. I spend a lot of time in food processing plants and kitchens, each of which have slick surfaces or poor flooring. They hold up alright as long as you're taking your time. The leather quality is high and if they're anything like my last pair, they'll last a good while. Also, extremely comfortable they fit and feel like a gym shoe on the inside while looking professional outside. Wouldn't trade these for anything else.

Meets all expectations. Comfortable and a breeze to slip into when in a rush. They still look stylish- in black leather and need minimum maintenance. I chose a half size larger to allow easy entry/exit with just the feet and no hands and it works well since they do not slip when on my feet. I may buy another pair.

Great Shoes... when you need shoes with a lot of support, go for the Merrell Jungle Moc Leather. They definitely help my back/leg/feet problems.

This is actually my second pair of these shoes. I have a pair in black that I wear for work and one in brown. They are very comfortable. A bit tight when first worn, but that is something that is expected for a slip on style shoe.

The shoes fit great and true to size. There is a small issue. This is the second pair and the sole insert squeaks against the outer shell. Both pairs would squeak when I walked. Other than some slight squeaking they're very comfortable and durable.

I\'m on my third pair of these and absolutely love them. I\'ve worn them at work for over 2 years, being on my feet 8-10 hours a day, and they remain super comfortable. The only reason I don\'t give them 5 stars is that they have zero traction on wet floor. Seriously, I slip every single time! I\'ll continue to wear them as a casual shoe, they\'re great, but I need to find a different work shoe. I have other Merrell models and they are also very comfortable. On a fun note, I got a kids pair of these for my nephew and he loved them so much that he insisted on wearing them even after he outgrew them!

Bigger than real life - The shoe is overall absolutely fantastic. But somehow Merrill, in particular this shoe, sizes their shoes too big. By about a size. Besides that, it's comfortable and supportive. All kinds of win.

Shoe Review - The shoe is fine and looks good enough for semi-dressy occasions. As with any slip-on shoe, it can be a little loose feeling. I needed to add some arches to make it feel snugger. Otherwise, great shoe.

Great travel shoe - Bought these for a trip to S America where I will be doing a lot of walking. Needed slip on shoes for airport security and didn't want to pack more than one pair. The smooth black leather will pass for dress in the dining room yet they are extremely comfortable on long walks, even with my heel spurs.

These are fantastic all around shoes. Except for one annoying thing. After a couple of weeks they began to squeak very loudly. I bought two pairs and both do it. Do not wear these shoes in quite places if you do not want to be noticed. I would send them back if it were not for the fact they are so comfortable. Please, Zappos, tell Merrel fix this problem. And make a brown leather like this style.

The squeaking when you walk is driving me crazy. Had them for almost a month and they still squeak. They also run a size larger than noted.

These would be very comfortable if the sides and back were cut about 1/4 inch lower. As they are, they rub the lower part of my ankles and my Achilles tendon. Since the leather is quite soft, this rubbing is not enough to give me blisters or sore skin with moderate walking, but it is just enough to constantly remind me that the shoes are "there," and that shouldn't be. I guess I have low ankle bones and a prominent Achilles tendon since I have this problem with many shoes which others find very comfortable. I bought these without trying a pair on, so it was my fault. I have to wonder, though, how many others would have this same problem with these shoes. It's really too bad since otherwise these are very comfortable.

Great comfort, perfect size for me, but man do these shoes squeak. They were fine for about 2 weeks. Then the squeak started. I tried powder, dryer sheets, even replaced the liner with expensive Dr. Scholls insoles and the shoes still squeak. If I walked lightly on my heels the squeak wasn't so bad. Merrell really has a great feeling shoe, but really needs to fix this problem with their product. I am returning these, having to replace them with store-bought Merrell Jungle Moc Pro.

Very comfortable shoes - and I really wanted keep them - but these are the squeakiest shoes I have ever seen.

Noisiest, squeakiest shoes I have ever owned. I wear Merrell Jungle Mocs every day for walking to and from the office, over a mile. They are the most comfortable walking shoes. My only problem is the stupid red and white "bungee cord" attached to the heel that I do not need to put them on. This useless attachment ruins the look of the shoe in the workplace or elsewhere. So, I bought a pair of the Jungle Moc Leather which does not have the stupid bungee cord heel attachment. Comfort and fit was excellent. But just walk across any wood floor or tile surface with these shoes! The squeaks and noise created will wake up the neighbors at night! Our offices have wood floors and the noise I created brings tremendous laughter from all my co-workers! I tried tip-toeing, walking very, very slowly, wearing different socks - nothing will stop the noise from these shoes! They are now collecting dust in my closet. I had to return to wearing the Jungle Mocs with the idiotic cord stitched to the heel.

Both shoes are squeaky like old bed springs. I've had this style before and this new model is nowhere near what used to be a classic shoe. Merrells used to be a favorite, but after this pair, I wouldn't chance it. Someone has turned the former venerable Moc into crap. My wife says I sound like I'm walking on plastic as I squeak across the room. I'd be embarrassed to walk in public with them. How did this pair make it past quality control? 5 stars for Zappos for the easy return. No stars for Merrell.

Materials and assembly quality look sharp. My old 10.5 Jungle Mocs are a snug fit, these 10.5 are roomier - so I'd say they are a quarter-size large. Both shoes in my pair of Jungle Mocs were hilariously squeaky. Walking in them made me feel like a comic foley artist! Monty Python totally missed the audio portion of silly walking! But the squeaks were silenced by removing the footbed liners. Removing the liners also improved the fit for me.
