Finally, a moc with real, finished leather. No nubucks, or even suedes, died to make this new new line of Merrell mocs. I have liked these shoes from the beginning, but if you are going to wear the shoes for other than mall, or Starbucks visits, these real leather shoes are far, I wear mine in my wood/metal shop, light hiking,, yard work or anywhere else with little or no concern for their durability or stain resistance. They are comfortable as all day work shoes and if I do get them dirty, muddy or greasy, they slip off at the door (pending quick, easy cleanup)... thus contributing to peace and tranquility in the home.

This pair was a replacement for a pair my husband has had for at least 6 years. They are his go to shoe with jeans. He says They have great support and are very comfortable. So glad we found the exact same shoe! Thank you Zappos.

This is the 7th pair I've owned. I rotate them from new to old so I can have a pair for every need. Dress, casual, fishing, yard work. This way I have an appropriately conditioned shoe to wear. These are the best, most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I hope they don't discontinue making these. They wear great, are very durable and easy to keep looking good. The leather is quality. I keep them waterproofed with mink oil which keeps them supple. If I step in water I let them dry naturally then reapply mink oil. Keeps them soft.

I have worn Merrell Jungle Mocs for years and loved them. This time I decided to try the leather version. I am not disappointed. Same great quality and fit. The brown is also true to the images and very pleasing. Thanks Merrell and Zappos, another satisfied returning customer.

I suffered from plantar fasciitis for several years. The Merrell Jungle Moc leather was one of four shoes I used to cure myself of this problem and maintain my feet in pain-free condition. I own three pairs of the Jungle Moc Leather, two black and one brown. This Merrell is my favorite cold-weather shoe. It is warm and waterproof, and has excellent traction on snow and ice. It is too warm for me in weather much above room temperature, though, so I use other shoes in summer in Chicagoland. I do "modify" the Jungle Moc to make them work to cure and prevent reoccurrence of plantar fasciitis: take out the insole and put in a dryer fabric softener sheet against the footbed; reinstall the insole -- that cures the squeaking many complain about; over top of the factory insole, install a Footminders Comfort orthotic. The Footminders orthothic provides super-strong arch support and additional heel padding. With the extra Footminders insole, you may want to consider getting a half size larger and/or a wide width to give yourself a bit more room, but for me that has not proved necessary. The Jungle Moc Leather wears very well; it lasts a long time, both the leather uppers and the rubber soles. The leather polishes easily since it is smooth and seamless. The way the rubber sole wraps around and up protects the leather upper from scuffs much better than with other leather shoes. The shoes look alternately casual and dressy enough for most all occasions, including business and church. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. The only downside to this shoe (other than it being too warm for summer use) may well be very personal to my feet. My ankles are low and I have a prominent Achilles tendon. The Jungle Moc Leather is cut high enough to rub a bit against the lower part of my ankle bone and my Achilles tendon. The good news is that with the extra height of the Footminders insole, this problem is cured. Thus, as I've "modified" them, the only downside is that they are, in my opinion, too warm for summer use in Chicagoland. FYI, the other shoes I've found to cure/prevent plantar fasciitis for me are: Crocs Custom Cloud Rx, Brooks Beast (original version), and the Ecco SeaWalker Tie (with Footminders Comfort orthotic in place of the stock insole). All these others are fine for summer use. I've tried and rejected many other shoes in my quest for the cure for plantar fasciitis and maintaining pain-free feet. These are the only other ones I've found to work.

Merrell Jungle Mocs are comfortable right out of the box. Be warned, though, they run really big and especially the leather moccasin. I had to exchange the ones I got for a half size smaller.

My father is a cook and stands over 12 hours. These are the only shoes that he will wear!

I bought these shoes for my husband and he loves them. He had a brown pair and is now enjoying a black pair that he got for Christmas. He says they are very comfortable, the price is right and they come in a size 14.

First ordered my usual size and found it too large. Called Zappo and they sent me the next size smaller. Great service and I will buy from them again. The shoe took me a few days to adjust to the arch support. Now its my go to shoe for running errands and walks. I wish I had this shoe yrs ago

I had looked at every store around for this shoe in this color with no luck. When I found them here at Zappos I was thrilled. The Merrell Jungle Moc Leather is a great shoe and a comfortable fit.

I own four pair of the Jungle Moc's, 2 pair of slides and 2 pair of the nucbuck leather. All size 10, perfect fit. Size 10 in the full grain leather is TOO BIG,size down.

These are awesome shoes! I bought my first pair over 2 years ago and have worn them every day for work - I just replaced them recently. The only thing that wore out was the sole - I could have worn them for another year but I wanted a different color. Also, Zappos is great! I won't shop retail anymore...

I work in surgery and on my feet a lot. These are very comfortable shoes. It\'s actually my second pair of them. I wore out the first ones and went back because I liked them so much.

Very pleased with both the look and comfort of these shoes. Traction of soles is very important to me. Ease of taking shoes off and putting them on is the primary reason I purchased these shoes.

Excellent shoes, maybe a half size off (downwards) from being true to size. This is my second pair of Merrells shoes and it's very hard to go back to anything else.They're not 100% slip resistant, but they are 110% more slip resistant than other dressy-ish shoes when your job requires the form and function. I spend a lot of time in food processing plants and kitchens, each of which have slick surfaces or poor flooring. They hold up alright as long as you're taking your time. The leather quality is high and if they're anything like my last pair, they'll last a good while. Also, extremely comfortable they fit and feel like a gym shoe on the inside while looking professional outside. Wouldn't trade these for anything else.

Meets all expectations. Comfortable and a breeze to slip into when in a rush. They still look stylish- in black leather and need minimum maintenance. I chose a half size larger to allow easy entry/exit with just the feet and no hands and it works well since they do not slip when on my feet. I may buy another pair.

Great Shoes... when you need shoes with a lot of support, go for the Merrell Jungle Moc Leather. They definitely help my back/leg/feet problems.

This is actually my second pair of these shoes. I have a pair in black that I wear for work and one in brown. They are very comfortable. A bit tight when first worn, but that is something that is expected for a slip on style shoe.

The shoes fit great and true to size. There is a small issue. This is the second pair and the sole insert squeaks against the outer shell. Both pairs would squeak when I walked. Other than some slight squeaking they're very comfortable and durable.
