I had some trouble with this shoe and I ended up returning it. The shoe seemed too long but even when it was the right length it seemed too tall and the sides were very stiff and rubbed on my ankle. I got used to it but still it just wasn't right. I have some other Jungle Moc shoes and they are also a little weird to size but much easier to figure out. They either feel a little long or short but fit in the other dimensions. I just didn't like this specific one.

Nice fit, comfort, design and construction. Leather shoes are sponge-bob squeaky, every step try the suedes. Rounded soles defeat orthotics.

I knocked off a star for the squeak in the soles. I have been willing to put up with "the squeak" through three pairs because they are so darn comfortable. Hope they have remedied the "squeak.". Real embarrassing when walking in a quiet room. I think the black leather model would be very cool in a low slip on boot design. Love the satin finish on the black leather.

The soles tend to wear quicker. They provide good comfort. The uppers are very resistant out of the box and easy to clean and treat. The tread is great for dry weather, okay in wet weather. Overall these are great everyday shoes that are acceptable to wear on most occasions.

Bought these for my med student husband, as we are on our feet all day. He has the tan suede jungle moc and that was the first shoe he's owned that has been comfortable for all day wear. In other shoes, by the end of the day, his feet ache, his back aches, his knees ache. These are a great relief for him just like his first pair. He wears them with dress black pants or khakis. They look just a teeny tiny bit dorky, as opposed to nice loafers or something. They have a rounded appearance which make his 11s look clunky. He has been wearing his dress socks with this pair, and they aren't thick enough so they have been slipping on his heel and rubbing a bit. He says the heel on these leather ones are also a little tougher on his achilles area than his suede jungle mocs. Maybe we just need to get some thicker dress socks. Overall he does like them, they are great for surgery when you need a comfortable shoe to stand in all day and need to be able to wipe your shoes clean at the end of the day.
