Great shoe! I was recently diagnosed with Morton\'s Neuroma, so now I\'m all about looking for the comfiest shoes I can find. A co-worker that also has foot issues recommended these shoes to me. It\'s a cute shoe that\'s actually comfortable! I plan on ordering one or two more pairs, if Zappos ever gets the lighter colors in stock.

These shoes were a great purchase and I have no regrets. They're cute and comfortable. At first, I thought I would have to send them back because of the low back, but they don't bother me at all. They're good for walking around town, and they work well with orthotics. I accidentally got them dirty in the garden, and the shoes were easy to clean. For some reason, one of the straps dug into the top of my foot. I loosened it a little and the problem stopped.

Great shoe! Cute, fun, comfy. Not much arch support, but the removable insole allows for a little support to be added underneath (such as a gel arch insert). As for size, I can wear a size smaller in this shoe.

Absolutely great shoes. Easy on and great for work (I am on my feet all day). Would get another pair in a heartbeat.

These shoes are wonderful. I have had mine for about 2 years now and they are still in good shape. They are the most comfortable shoe I own and breathable, too. I wore them all through my pregnancy. I get compliments on them all of the time and I plan on getting another pair in black.

The Merrell Encore MJ are favorites - I have them in taupe and black. I have a difficult foot - 10 C with a B heel. These are perfect for all around (except dress-up). I ordered the 10 (these do not come in widths) and they fit wonderfully, no break-in (just like the hiking boots I purchased many years ago). Since I have a wide width, I have checked that these fit wider than marked.

I have to wear shoes in the house because of my flat feet. These are lightweight, and easy to slip on and off, and adjust. I can replace the insoles with my orthotics if I need more support. Nice and sporty looking. Great all around shoe!

These are the shoes that I keep by the front door for easy slip on. Cute shoe with a spring/summer feel without toes being exposed. Great for the times when you’re in need of a pedicure, but don't have the time to get one. Look cute with capris and jeans. I recently had back surgery and the only shoes I am wearing are my Merrells. Very comfortable and supportive. I find Merrells to run a half size large. I normally wear an 8; in Merrells I wear 7 1/2.

I LOVE these shoes. I was looking for something that I could walk to and from the train, and that would be appropriate to wear to work. In addition, I have arthritis in my feet that makes it more difficult to find comfortable shoes. These fit the bill, completely! They are comfortable, and cute enough to wear with work pants and skirts. There was a brief period where the heel bothered me slightly, but that went away after a few days. Also, the backs are a little low, which took a day to get used to. When wearing without socks, make sure to put an odor eater insole in!!

I enjoy these shoes! I found them to be super comfortable right from the start. Ideal for casual occasions, such as trips to the supermarket. They go perfectly with blue jeans.

I got the bright red Encore MJ, and love the bold color! It is a very vibrant red, just as shown on my monitor. I have very flat, narrow feet and usually find shoes don't have enough arch support, but these have just enough. Not a significant amount, but enough for me and I'm pretty picky about arch support. The strap is adjustable to fit my narrow feet. I usually wear size 8.5 to 9, and these fit just right in 8.5. My thirteen year old daughter thought they were really cute (I personally care more about comfort than style, so I thought I'd throw that in!). They provide good ventilation, too. These are great for when you want something a step up from sneakers, but still casual. They're very comfortable right out of the box. I would highly recommend these shoes.

I was fully prepared to pull these out of the box and not like them, after all, I’m really not that "crunchy"! (Vegan, Merrills, work with me here...) THE ARE ADORABLE! They are super comfy, look great with my yoga pants, look great with jeans, and they actually make my big feet look kinda cute! What’s not to like? I’m wearing them around the house, I don’t want to take them off!

This is a very good shoe for orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis with heel spurs and have to wear orthotic insoles now. These shoes are very comfortable and run true to size, although a little wide to accommodate orthotics. I like them so much that I am buying another pair.

Someone mentioned a "smell", which mine don't have, but I have washed them in the washer, and they come out fresh and clean; I don't know if this would address the "smell" issue, but it sure keeps them clean! This first pair is black, but I am ordering a new color now.

I have some major foot issues and I bought these to just wear around the house during the day and to run quick errands. They are very comfortable, run true to size, and so far are very comfortable for me. I would definitely purchase them again.

I absolutely love shopping on Zappos web site. They make everything so easy and stock styles I never see in stores. And knowing I can send my purchase back free of charge makes it fun to experiment!

Fabulous shoe with good athletic support for foot. Moderate arch support - would prefer higher arch support. Flexible and comfortable, great for traveling. Mesh fabric accommodates feet/ankle swelling from airplane travel. I wore these all over France with skirts and pants - even in the rain! I found them good for cobblestones streets and forest paths since I do not like to be trapped in sneakers. I have nerve problems in the forefoot and this is one of the only shoes I can wear. Thick sole with good tread for inclement weather, too.

I love these shoes. Merrell brand usually fits wide in the heel on me, but due to the low back that is not an issue here. Also the strap allows me to tighten for a custom fit. I wear these every day and are also great for travel. This is my 4th pair--all ordered thru Zappos. I stopped buying Keen as the sizing was all over the map. Merrell seems more consistent.

I had ordered these shoes for work, but I had to return them because I didn’t realize the back of the shoe was so low on the heel. They did feel very comfortable and very lightweight, although they do run big so my foot was swimming in them.

These shoes are super comfortable. I bought them when I was recovering from spine surgery and needed something flat and comfortable. They have worn very well and I love the ortholite insole.

I bought these for my daughter who started working a job that required her be on her feet many hours a day. She wanted something that looked nice with her skirts, but was also comfortable. She loves these shoes.

I have nothing but good things to say about these shoes! Very comfortable, I receive many compliments and they meet the criteria for vegan footwear. I bought them in blue but I will probably be ordering other colors because I enjoy them so much!
