Great Purchase! I just bought two pairs of Merrell Barados, black and silver. The shoes look great, fit great, and are very comfortable. Zappos was prompt with order and delivery.

SO cute AND comfy (with my custom orthotics)! I needed some comfortable shoes for an upcoming trip to Paris that would not broadcast "American Tourist" like my running shoes would. I have had these a month now, and absolutely love them! They will be perfect. I have custom orthotics and because these shoes are a bit generous around the arch, I am actually able to put my orthotics in OVER the existing insoles, which I love because with the thinnish soles of these shoes, I need the cushion of the insoles. (The insoles that come with the shoes remove easily, though, if you would prefer to substitute your orthotics.) The only problem then was that my orthotics squeaked when I walked, which I remedied by putting a little piece of felt under the heel of each orthotic. I usually wear an 11, but had to return them for a 10.5, which is perfect.

Love Merrell Shoes - I'd like a pair of these in every color! I am showing my dog - and these shoes are so comfortable and attractive. Not like some of the ugly shoes you see women wearing when they are in the show ring.

Merrell Barrado - Great shoe, I am not a big fan of a heavy tennis shoe, sport shoe whatever, these are light weight and easy to get in and out of. I wear a 10M but got the 9 1/2M and they fit better. Good airport shoe, very comfortable wore them all day the first time and no foot discomfort. Have bought them in several other colors.

Customer Satisfaction - It's a very comfortable shoe. I'm wondering how much support it will give after wearing it all day.

Black Walking Merrells - I have purchased four pairs of this particular shoe over the past three years. I normally require a wide shoe, but this particular style is comfortable for me. I love this shoe. It's very light weight and can pass as a casual shoe that doesn't look like an athletic shoe. I'm surprised that I can wear it all day because it won't accommodate my orthotic. I wish this very same shoe came in a black smooth leather without the prominent "M". I have had trouble with unzipping the zippers with the shoe on my foot. I usually have to pull the shoe off and then unzip it. But I still love the shoe.

Merrell Barrado is FABULOUS! These shoes are so comfy, easy to put on and take off, look much better than similar shoes, have just the right support, and surprisingly enough, they are great workout shoes! I love them.

Although I have not yet worn my new Merrell Barrados, I must say that I do have them in black and they are my favorite shoes. I wear them almost everyday. I wear orthotics and they fit inside comfortably. I want these shoes in all the colors!

I love these shoes! I wanted a light weight shoe for walking and they are perfect. I need a closed toe because the soil here in my new home is almost pure sand and my old faithful sandals would scoop it up at every step. These are as light and comfortable as a sandal and keep the sand out.

My favorite! My second pair and far from my last. Like wearing nothing... light and flexible. They don't look bad either! I hate the huge, boxy white athletic shoes, and these work great for me.

You've got to buy these shoes! I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe that fit my somewhat hard to find shoe size of 5-1/2. Many shoe companies start at size 6. I tried various other brands known for their comfort, quality, and fit, but couldn't find a style that had the sleek look that I wanted. I've shopped for Merrell shoes in the past and knew I liked their products. Then, I found the Barrado. Wow. Loved the look, but would they give me the support and comfort I needed for a walk through Europe? I read reviews and was impressed with a resounding “yes” to the comfort question. Now, I'm going to add my voice! These shoes are fantastic. Great Merrell quality, great fit, feel like bedroom slippers. No kidding! I wore them sockless and in fact would recommend it. Tried to wear with socks and the socks get bunchy. The zipper is a little stiff, so I just slip them on and off. Like them so much, I bought a pair for my daughter-in-law after she spotted mine... and she loves them!

Merrill & Zappos = 5 stars - The most comfortable shoes I own. I have 2 pair in black and one in brown. Easy on & off at airports & gym. Henceforth will only order from Zappos. The best service of any online retailer.

Merrell Barrado - Love this shoe, comfortable and cute. I got the white, but under the white mesh the color is silver, not white like it is in the picture. They look great with jeans, capris, and shorts.

Merrell - Excellent shoe for just about anything. Lightweight for travel and comfort personified.

Always great! I now have three pairs of the Barrado style. This is a great shoe for weekends, perfect with jeans, more stylish than tennis shoes.

Sleek and comfortable - They are comfortable shoes with a modern sleek look. The only reason I didn't give them a "5" for comfort is because they have no arch support and long walks in them could become uncomfortable. The zipper on the pair that I received can be difficult to un-zip (the zipper sticks).

A great, stylish shoe for casual wear. I love this shoe! It's really cute and funky looking, a perfect alternative to regular tennis shoes. It makes my size 9s look smaller! They run big. I had to exchange them for an 8 1/2. The only drawbacks are they don't have the same footbed cushioning or heel and ankle stability as regular tennis shoes. When I took a long walk with my dog, I wished I had put on my regular shoes.

These are worth the price - I wanted a shoe to wear with jeans and not have to wear sox, that is comfortable and light weight. This is that shoe!

Happy in GA - This is the third pair of Merrell Barrado's I have purchased. They are very comfortable and great for traveling. They stay looking like new for ever. Very pleased and will continue to add different colors to my shoe collection.

Very Comfortable - I wear this shoe in the operating room. It is comfortable and the innersole can be removed for washing.
