I absolutely love my Pesaros! I have the brown pair, but need/want to get the black pair as well now. They are very comfortable, and hug my foot. At first, I thought they were a bit pricey for a slide, but now that I have them, I feel as though they are worth every penny. I love that Zappos offers free shipping both ways; you have nothing to lose if something doesn't work out.

First off, Zappos, you rock! These sandals are excellent. I read many of the other reviews and ordered the smallest size I could because others said they run large. They do run a bit large all the way around. The pair I got are perfect, very comfy and great looking too. I'd get them again. They don't cut across the toe area and are immediately soft and smooth feeling on your feet. The stretch is probably part of the secret. The stretch is also another reason to buy a smaller size. Two thumbs up on this sandal.

These are terrific shoes. I have four pairs in different colors. I wear them all day, everyday! You will love them too.

I absolutely love these shoes. I bought 3 pair in different colors, and am enjoying these as a cooler alternative to tennis shoes in the summer. They are great for walking, with a really well-padded insole that is super comfortable. However, I would caution you to buy these a size smaller than normal, as they definitely run wide. I read the reviews, then thought, no, I'll order my regular size, as I do have a high instep, so wider shoes sometimes feel quite comfortable to me. Whoops, that was a mistake. I usually wear a 5-1/2 or 6, and the 6 was way too big. They went right back, and I was very glad I'd ordered from Zappos where shipping is free both ways. The 5 is perfect. I'd say buy these shoes, and you'll be glad you did.

These shoes are very comfortable, right out of the box. Received them right before vacation and wore them walking the whole week without rubbing or blisters. They do seem a bit wide in the instep, but it hasn't been a problem.

These are the MOST comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Even if you have hammer toes and bunions, they are the best. I have done everything, but sleep in them!! I ordered them one afternoon from Zappos and they were here the next day. NO ONE gives better service.

I bought two pairs of these shoes for my Mother-in-law in black and seagrass, and she loves them. She has problems with her feet, and these shoes are what she wars now constantly. There is no better service than Zappos with free shipping in both directions. She was in shock at how quickly they arrived and with excellent packing. We also use Zappos for ourselves and they ship faster to an APO than anyone! Love these sandals. Very comfortable especially for wide feet. I walk several miles a day pushing a stroller and haven\'t gotten any blisters. And cool for summer.

These are fabulous! They are very comfortable and mold to the shape of your feet. They are light and summery but also provide good support and stay on your feet. I have several pairs in different colors.

Love these shoes! I bought a pair in navy/denim color last year--and they are my everyday household shoe. There are other Merrell's I wear to be a little more "dressy" like Clara; however I slip into these the minute I get home or truck out to the store. They remind me a little of Birkenstocks (not a look for me) and I do like to wear peds with them--so I would say they are not the most stylish shoe. But they are true Merrell comfort; so good for my back. I like the black/charcoal because most everything I have is black--but I am going to look at the other colors. Also, my Merrells--I have many, last long.

I purchased these for my 70 yr old mother, who has fractures in both feet. She has never really worn proper shoes until I insisted last year. Now it's Merrell only. Her doctor says the type of fractures she has will not ever heal without surgery, but she can't have foot surgery for a while, because she also has terrible back problems and has two back surgeries scheduled before her feet can be a priority. Meanwhile, when she wears the Merrells, the foot pain is minimal, but if she wears any other shoe, her feet really bother her. This sandal gives her an open toe summer sandal which also provides support and comfort. It also doubles as a great bedroom shoe. Excellent shoe.

I LOVE these...very comfortable. I wear them all the time. They are even comfortable walking long distances. I'm seriously thinking of getting another pair in another color.

I love my Pesaros! They are so comfortable, that most of the time; I do forget to change into my house shoes when I return home! Easy going, light weight, creating an effortless walking experience! Thank you for a wonderful product, even if it seems a bit costly for a pair of slides!

The Merrell Pesaro is extremely comfortable. I have a pair in blue and brown. I am also considering another pair in black. It is a shoe that the minute I put it on, it fit like a glove and is comfortable and attractive.

These shoes are perfect for summer - they are comfortable enough to wear on a long walk and nice enough to wear to your favorite neighborhood restuarant. They will become a staple of your summer wardrobe!

These took just a little while to break in because I have a high instep, but are now really comfortable. The have good arch support and a roomy area for toes. They are true to size. They look good enough to wear to work (at least where I work), but are waterproof too (which was helpful in a big rainstorm today).

I have several pair of these sandals! I love them, and especially now they have the antimicrobial linings so they don't get that horrible foot smell in the summer. They are so very comfortable, and comfort is my very first priority. I just wore them for 6 hours to an art festival and my feet felt just fine. And they usually don't - they ache and my legs ache if I don't have good foot support. They run a little large. I usually wear a 9 1/2, but in these I wear a 9. No breaking in required at all.

I don't do flip-flops and sandals in general. I can't stand having a thong between my toes and most sandals provide no arch support - something that has become very important to me. However, I really wanted a pair of sandals to wear in the Georgia heat. I bought a pair of Merrell athletic shoes a few months ago and really like them, so I decided to see what they had in the way of sandals and decided to try the Pesaro. I love them! The day they arrived, I tried them on and they felt so great I immediately wore them outside while I did a few chores. I wear them almost every day. I put them on as soon as I get home from work and wear them constantly on weekends. These are not the prettiest sandals available, but they are extremely comfortable and have wonderful arch support; I recommend them very highly.

Pesaro, by Merrell, is one of the most form fitting shoes I have ever worn. They are on my feet all day long. I am even using them instead of bedroom slippers. The sides are just perfect in that they help the shoe hug the foot with no sloppiness for security.

These sandals are very comfortable. I have a wide foot and they fit great, so they run a bit wide, but for me that is a good thing.

Great shoe! Get tons of compliments on this super comfortable and stylish slide. It was a bit stiff the first time I wore it, but just for a day or two. I have the purple color and everyone loves it. Will probably get one more in another color to be able to alternate for the warmer months.

Awesome shoes. I had a pair exactly like these but with straps. I was looking for the ones with the strap but this was the closest to the ones I had owned previously. Well I love them. I use them daily and they are incredibly comfortable and practical. You can wash them if they get dusty...if you like light, comfortable shoes these are for you. If you want a pair that is dressier try the Merrill Glade, those are just as comfortable and a bit dressier.

These are extremely comfortable right out of the box, but actually conform to your foot after wearing a couple of times. I have trouble with my feet so I am very picky. Have spent hours shopping in these without pain. I loved them so much that I ordered some Merrells for my hubbie a couple of days later. Amazingly comfortable, and look very contemporary.
