Bought these for hiking through the rain forest in Costa Rica. So glad I got them. They have really good treads so I wasn't sliding around in the mud. Very comfortable, no blisters even though we did some serious hiking and I didn't get to break them in first.

I am really happy with this shoe. Bought it for a trip to Machu Picchu and Galapagos Islands. They served me well - comfortable, good support and sturdy. Would highly recommend.

These shoes are the best shoes ever they are comfortable and look good. Even if your just wearing them for everyday use or for hiking there great.

This is an excellent walking/hiking shoe for those looking for a lot of arch support. While I usually fit into this category, I actually felt this shoe had 'too much' arch support for me. Also, the foot bed is extremely firm. This can be great for those that like stiff orthotics, but I have recently found that a softer insole is gentler on my feet. Sadly, I had to send them back.

I bought these for a trip to Rome, Italy. These were the BEST for all the cobblestone walkways we were on.

LOVE these hiking shoes. My previous pair lasted over 6 years -- and I am hard on footwear -- so it was only fitting to buy another of the same. They've great support & fit w/ a sole that is solidly constructed. I am an avid hiker/walker. None of the other brands I've owned held up to these Merrells.

Nice looking shoe but it didn't support the inside foot. It allowed my foot to pronate. I need more support in this area.

Love these Merrell Hiking shoes. They are comfy right out of the box. These will be perfect for my trip out west. The thing to love about all Merrells is the consistency. What you see in the ad is exactly what you get, a great shoe at a great price. And just love the color.

This is a nice, lightweight sneaker/shoe. More comfortable than a boot in winter weather, which is why I purchased it. It is a little bulky around the ankle, but it has plenty of support. It is also more snug around the heel for those of you, like me, that have a narrow heel.

These are my favorite hiking shoes to date and I've tried a lot. Good arch support and solid construction. Highly recommend!

This is my second pair of Merrill Moab's. That how much I love them!

I'm on my second pair! You can wear these right out of the box. No break-in time is necessary. I love that there are plenty of color combinations to choose from, and that the choices are not too bright. These are great for hiking or walking around if you're on vacation. I've hiked in all sorts of terrain with these and have had no problems. My feet always stay dry and are well-protected. The design of the sole is really tailored made for women. I find that even with my runner's knee, I do not have any pain when hiking/walking in the Moabs. Wonderful shoe. I hope they don't stop making it.

Great shoe, runs a little narrow. I finally had to replace my old Merrell Moab shoes after years of use. I find they still run a bit narrow so I ordered a wide in my regular size and these fit great.

Overall pretty satisfied with Zappos and the quality of the shoes. I'm planning on using them when I go hiking once the weather warms up a little more. I've wore them a couple times already and am excited to hit the trails with them. *Thumbs up*

So thankful to get this shoe in a wide! Great hiking shoe and also wore everyday on European trip. Great for walking those long days on cobblestone streets. Thanks Merrell!

These were really comfortable right out of the box. Took them on a slightly longer first hike than planned and they did great!

oh my finally a WONDERFUL PERFECT pair of shoes laces are long enough for double knots great support and comfy fit true to size and wonderful color.

Very light and good in snow and uneven ground. I have a narrow heal and it is hard to find shoes that my heal doesn't slide in and out of. These work great.

Extremely comfortable. I purchased these and wore them untested on two hikes in Hawaii. They delivered great performance without blisters. Highly recommend them. Do order them in one size larger as I did.

I am just about to order my 3rd pair of Moabs! I adore these shoes! Super awesome arch support, laces that stay laced, and I walk and hike in them for miles at a time and feel like I am walking on air. While the inside padding wears down a bit, the exterior of the shoe is always in perfect shape when its time to retire these workhorses. Please don't ever discontinue these!

Love these hikers!! I bought a new pair of Merrell memory foam insoles for them from the Merrell website and that made them perfect. I like my insoles very cushy and soft. I wore these hiking in the Grand Tetons and they were great--gripped well on all terrain including slippery rocks.

I LOVE these hikers! I love them so much in fact that I would wear them all the time if I could. Very comfortable, fairly light and good support. Longest hike I have been on while wearing them has been almost 6 miles. Went through sandy washes, steep, rocky terrain, and always felt sure footed in them. This is my first pair of these, but not my last.

These are good for moderate hiking. Cute too. I went up a half size and still experienced some minor bruising on my big toenails, which surprised me because they did not feel uncomfortable.
