I'm a huge Merrell fan, so trying these was not a big risk. They arrived today, and are everything I expected. Comfortable, perfect fit, great look, solid quality. Big question now is what other color to get. I wear 7.5 - 8, I get these in 8 which is perfect with thicker socks. I don't have "wide" feet, but many shoe brands are a bit tight...not these at all. Also bought the Siren Sport - amazing.

I bought my third, fourth, and fifth pair of these hiking shoes. I love them! They are really comfortable, for short hikes or even long ones. They provide good traction. The only issue I have, is with the laces always coming undone! Even after triple tieing them.

These shoes are super comfortable. They are supportive, yet lightweight. The mesh uppers allow adequate ventilation. They are great for summer hiking or casual wear!

I'm in love with these light flexible hiking shoes. I had to buy 10.5's one half size up from my regular size 10 because my big toe was hitting the front in the 10's. Worn to hike only once, were comfortable from the start.

I bought these for moderate hiking and for walking over questionable terrain when out with my camera. I have been breaking them in indoors and walked short distances outdoors. Very comfortable and I think I will very much enjoy the support, light weight, and overall comfort of these shoes.

Just got back from Moab and the Ventilators were great! No break in required. For those with Bunions, very forgiving. Wish I had ordered 1/2 size larger.

Replacing my last pair that I wore out. Love these shoes and use them for walking the pup and hubby daily. Do 3-4 every day and put these on right out of the box and off we went. No break in needed.

Hands down the best shoe I have owned. True to size, no break in period at all. Felt truly great right out of the box and I walk better with them - a true feat as I have lived with joint, foot and leg issues due to a chronic illness for years. I have a habit of never leaving shoes on and these I wear all day long now!

I absolutely adore these shoes. I have a lot of foot issues, including plantar fasciatis, and these kicks are awesome. I love 'em so much I bought my sister a pair, a spare pair in another color, plus one more pair to replace the ones my 13month old Border Collie decimated. I feel by this point I should probably get a pair free!! :o)

I absolutely love this shoe and always have a new pair waiting for when it's needed. I like the bigger toe area, stability, color. True to size.

Great shoe but size was too small in length. I ordered half size larger as I always due to accommodate orthotic and sock but was still too small. Recommend you order half to full size larger. Other than that, shoe was perfect.

This shoe is very comfortable and required no break-in period. It has good traction and is relatively lightweight. The colors are subdued enough to wear with jeans.

Very stable, comfortable shoe. Lightweight for a hiking shoe. I have foot problems and have a hard time finding shoes, but these work for me.

Love them! They are so comfortable and stylish. I have back problems and walking long distances use to bother my back. These shoes have allowed me to walk for miles with no pain. I liked them so much, I also purchased another pair in another color, as well as the mid length waterproof Moab Ventilator. I wear a size 9, but ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. Buy them, you will not be sorry!

Love these shoes so much ordered another pair in different color. Lots of room in toes, comfortable, no break in & no blisters. Just can't say enough good things about them. Tried the more expensive pair and knew as soon as I put them on that they were not it!

True to size and broke-in immediately as described. Very comfortable and nice looking shoe.

I am really happy with these shoes. I bought them to go to Cedar Point and walk around in them for 12 hours. They did very well although my feet were hot after several hours. For just normal everyday wear, though, they are awesome! Plenty of support and a nice change from the white that seems to have been the norm for many years.

These are great three season shoes. I use them for urban hiking and light trail hiking, usually up to 7-10 miles. They are lightweight, flexible, have good traction; they also have good support and cushioning. Not much,if any, arch support but I use orthotics.

This is my second purchase of this shoe. My first pair lasted about a year and I pound the heck out of shoes. I work outside and walk 3-5 miles at the job. I think they are the perfect summer shoe and my feet love them! And of course, after my order was placed, they arrived super fast! I normally would wear a size 9.5 and these fit perfect in a 10. Love Zappos. Love these shoes!

Great shoe! Took on an African safari, great to travel in and looks good with long pants - a hybrid of shoe and boot. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful! I bought these for a week of hiking in some national parks. Didn't leave myself time to break them in beforehand, but fortunately they were great right out the box. Day 1 we hiked for hours and I never got blisters; the support was very good and they're nicely cushioned. I wear an 8 in casual shoes but went with an 8 1/2 for these.

These Merrell provided comfort for long days of city walking as well as a stylish appearance. I am happy with my purchase!

Super cute, super comfy. I ordered a size 9 (my normal size) and my big toe was up to the front of the shoe. I'll be sending back and trying a 9.5.

I was looking for a decent hiking shoe and I certainly got it! I tried these on and immediately loved them. They are so comfortable and barely need to be broken in. I walked the dog in them just to make sure I'd be ready for a hike and they exceeded my expectations. They have great ground grip, they don't pinch anywhere, and they fit well. I can't wait to hit the trails in them! I always heard Merrells were great shoes and I'm so glad I listened. And for the price, you can't beat it! Great shoe. I highly recommend!

With high arches and duck-like feet (wide in the front, narrow in the back), I often have a hard time with shoes. Merrells are the most comfortable sneakers for my feet and are well worth the price. I've tried a few different styles since I first started wearing Merrells and this pair is among the best. I also like that they're not flashy and come in more muted colors. As always, Zappos' customer service and fast delivery are top notch.
