Good service from Zappos. Shoe exactly as pictured. I ordered a 1/2 size longer to accommodate heavier socks. Comfortable shoe with high toe box. Kind of clunky looking.

I tried several different shoes for my plantar fasciitis. These are the best for me. They have good support and cushion. They fit well and are very comfortable.

This is my 3rd pair of Merrell "Q-form" hiking boots. With other hiking boots I experience some over pronation. I find the "Q-form" design to be a distinct improvement in aligning my steps to my hips.

This is a very nice shoe. The color is nice. It does run small so had to reorder in half a size larger

Great, comfy shoes. They fit perfectly right from the start and even after an entire day of outdoor activity, they feel like I just put them on. In fact, after an entire day of wearing them, that evening I forgot to take them off until I was getting ready for bed! I highly recommend if you've got lots of walking and running around to do. Plus they look terrific!

I have been using this shoe all summer 2-3 times a week for day hikes of 10-15 miles, mostly on smooth dirt and rough rocky trails in the Sierra of Northern California. There is almost no wear on the soles and minor wear to the uppers. This shoe is a little more flexible front to back than most trail shoes, but that is what I need due to a condition I have called Haglund's deformity, or heel bumps. I cannot wear a stiff soled boot or I will get heel pain. Very comfortable and cool in hot weather. For me a great shoe.

The Moab Ventilator is a great shoe for day hiking when you don\'t want to wear your heavy hiking boots. But they do run small. I originally ordered my usual size 9 but ended up getting a 10 when I felt my toe hitting the front of the shoe. I also added my own arch support. Merrell advertises these as specially designed for the way women walk, but I didn\'t find their design helpful. After walking in standard shoes for 60 years, there\'s no advantage to changing now! But they are still great shoes.

This is my 4th pair of this brand/style. They are just a little on the wide side, which is comfortable for my foot. The rubber soles have excellent "grippability" which great for walking on sloping roof surfaces (which I do for work). The gently molded interior footbed really holds your foot steady inside the shoe, which makes traction in the shoe really good. They last a long time too - about one year of daily 1.5 mile walks (plus everyday running around). About the worst thing I can say about them is the laces don't stay tied very well-but that is easily solved by replacing them with Yankz rubberized laces, which works very well with these shoes.

These shoes are the only reason I was able to go on a hiking trip this summer. I have terrible feet and recently had foot surgery for the plantar fascia, which didn\'t help. I don\'t want to miss out on an active lifestyle because of bad feet. Couldn\'t have done it without these Merrells! Very supportive and very comfortable. Kept me on my feet for hours. They did run very small and I had to buy a full size up, but Zappos was quick with my return. Love shopping at Zappos!

These are my second pair of Moab Ventilator's and about the 6th pair of Merrell's. I have trouble getting comfortable shoes because of an injury a few years ago. Merrells are wide enough for my toes to be happy. I will continue to buy Merrell's.

Okay, I don't usually write reviews, but I sure look at them before I buy. The Merrell Moab is a great shoe. I was spending time in the desert and wanted to augment my footwear with a breathable, sturdy shoe to alternate with my Keen Voyageurs. Turns out, I like the Merrells better than my Keens. They have more support in the footpad and provide better cushioning than the Keens. I'm not sure if they will be better hikers than the Keens (I'm not sure how supportive they are laterally), but they are more comfortable waking around on pavement and the hardpack. I also like the styling and color (I got the gray ones). My usual size is an 8.5 or 9. I got the 9 and they fit great. Get them, you won't be disappointed.

Like these a lot, look good, comfortable. But they run very small. I normally wear a 10, and had tried on Merrells at a store where 10 was too small. I got a 10.5, which was also quite small. I am going to order another size since I like them.

Very comfy shoes, yet not attractive. They look like dude shoes. I love them, though. Very comfy and light.

Wow! Wearing them right now, out of the box and don't want to take them off! Comfy, supportive, and align my feet, legs, spine for real movement. Love these shoes -- nice wide toebox, could walk all day in them.

I broke two of my toes 6 weeks ago and I'm still in a lot of pain. At the same time, I have a hiking trip coming up next week and I was worried I couldn't go because of my toes and not being able to buy any shoes that felt okay so far. I ordered this shoe/brand based on customer reviews here and elsewhere, and I think they were right! This shoe, though not sexy or necessarily sleek (as I'd like), are very comfortable, have great grip, good arch support (I have over-pronating feet), comfortable toebox, nice color (I got the darkest one), and don't come up too high to the back of the ankles raw, as many athletic shoes can. I'm now excited about my hiking trip, instead of dreading it. I wore these shoes around the house for an hour and felt no pain at all. Yay!

These are very comfy - not binding or stiff and fit my foot just right. They are reasonably lightweight, and don't make my feet hot. I do not think they will be great for extreme cold, or wet conditions, but that's obviously not what they are for. Good grippy sole!

Excellent hiking/trail running shoe. I've had the men's version for years and recommended these for my girlfriend. She loves them - comfortable, supportive and great traction on the trails.

I've always loved Merrell hikers. This is the second pair of Moab Ventilators that I've bought. After trying several other hikers, I've come back to these even though they aren't offered in as many colors as the other styles of Merrell hikers. They fit the best of them all.

I recently purchased my second pair of Merrell Moab Ventilators. Merrells are the shoe of choice for my feet anyway. These Ventilators are fairly lightweight, comfortable, and really are cooler than other similar shoes on hot summer days. Strangely, they are warm in the winter, too! I love my Moabs and the quick service of Zappos!

I’m in love! I love these shoes so much, I ordered them in three different colors because I never want to be without them. I also ordered the Moab ankle boot. Even though I wear a size 9, I had to order the Moabs in a 10. The fit is perfect and my feet feel good! I would highly recommend this shoe. I have high arches and this shoe fits great. They are also very stylish!
