This shoe fits best for me because the style has a little more toe space. They are very comfortable and help support my weak ankles. I will order this shoe again.

Love these Shoes! I have a wide, relatively short foot (7W), and Merrell's wide sizes fit me perfectly. They were incredibly comfortable right out of the box - I especially like the cushioning of the Vibram soles, as I count on these for a lot of walking on both path and pavement. Also love the gray color, so they look good with something a little dressier than jeans.

My feet must be true to size, because I could have ordered my size instead of ordering a size larger like everyone said. There was no arch, I ended up buying insoles. I do have a pretty high arch. Other than that, love the shoes. No slipping in the snow.

I ordered up one size from 41 (regular size) to 42. The 41s were a bit tight with a medium weight sock. The 42s fit perfectly. Lots of room. Very grippy. No break-in time. My foot is a bit wider than average. I liked the look. Merrell comes through again. I love my Merrells - all of them.

Amazing, amazing, shoe. I had a fractured tibial plateau and these are only shoes that I can wear that don't give me knee pain. I have a wide foot n these fit great. Love Zappos, tried on n sent back ten pair of shoes till I found these.

I usually wear 7.5 across the board in all types of shoes but after reading through many of the reviews on here, I took the advice of others to go up a half-size and ordered the Moab Ventilator in both a 7.5 and an 8. I just received them and walked around in both pairs for a couple minutes and the 7.5 fits me perfectly. It's just snug enough and very comfortable. The 8 fits fine but I can stick my index finger behind my foot in the shoe, which means to me that the 8 is a little big. I will note that I have not worn them on a hike yet since I just got them. I guess it comes down to personal preference of sizing but I don't think they run small. The size I normally wear fit just right.

This is my 2nd pair. I would buy them in each color if I could. Comfortable, wear well, look nice. Love these shoes! I like them even more than my Keens.

I am on my fifth pair of these. I have bunions and other feet challenges and these shoes help me to walk over 12 thousand steps each day.

Love them! Light and comfortable; perfect for California "seasons"...look great, fit great, wish I could wear them everyday. I'm in the construction business, mostly in the office and also do field work. I should buy another pair!

I am loving these shoes. I've been wearing them for nearly a week, mostly for 1-2 mile walks, and they've been incredibly comfortable. No blisters, no rubbing, great support. They're a little more generous in the toe area than most brands I've tried, and I think that's helped a lot. I had been wearing mostly Keens, which are excellent shoes, but I think the Merrells are more comfortable.

Love this shoe. So comfortable and nice looking. I got the beluga/lilac. Went up a half a size as advised by other reviewers and the fit is perfect. More than the shoe though I love that I tried two other shoes in the last week and I have already been refunded for both pairs. Zappos is like no other. Always my first choice.

This is my 3rd pair. I walked the Camino in the 1st and they are tough, comfortable, sturdy, and I felt secure on all surfaces. This time I got a half size smaller trying lighter socks and had a bit of forward sliding and toe discomfort with larger ones...

Great shoes! Solid, very comfortable, durable. True to size - for normal shoe size (not running shoe size). I always wear with my orthotics - works well.

Bought these shoes for a trip out west that involved a lot of hiking. They are truly the most comfortable and practical hiking shoes I have ever owned. Did not require breaking in at all. Perfect!

I usually wear a 6 in Merrells but from the reviews I ordered a 6.5 which fits great. Nice lightweight shoe with great tread. Bught them to replace my old Merrells.

I wear size 6 shoe. I ordered a 6.5 and they fit great. Once you put on a sock and need a little wiggle room for your toes, they are very comfortable. Wore them a couple times prior to hiking in Glacier National Park and had no problems. Sturdy hiking shoe on trails and wet rocks with lots of padding in heel area. Highly recommend for hiking.

Great shoe for short or long walks/hikes. Fit perfectly (I ordered half size larger for my long walks to accommodate swelling). I purchased a second backup pair - just in case the style changes before I need to reorder!

These shoes are great for walking and hiking. My feet feel very well supported and protected in these shoes. I bought a half size larger so I can wear heavier socks or not; however, fit is true to size. I highly recommend these shoes. I wish they had more colors to chose from.

My feet are really annoying to fit heel support in this shoe was great I have heel problems spurs stress fracture so cushioning provided makes wearing them enable me to go longer I used these for moderate hiking with satisfaction sizing is a problem for everyone and I needed to reorder to get a full size larger than I wear but Zappos staff very helpful that generally that is true of hiking shoes toe room great!

Love these - I wore them all over Yellowstone National Park. No problems - I liked these better than the Keens. I'd recommend!

This shoe is working well for me, and I'm an over-pronator with scary-big bunions. (Additional pertinent info: I'm 5'6", 140 lbs, 60 years old, and very active.) I ordered a 9 in the medium width. Typically in street shoes, I wear an 8 1/2, but I usually go up to a 9 in sport-type trainers, and that worked in this case. I did add an insert (Spenco PolySorb CrossTrainer Full Length Insoles) for more cushioning. These shoes can't cure my hip bursitis, obviously, but they have made a difference in my ability to hike more comfortably with less pain overall.

These are amazing for hiking. Excellent support, easy to walk, protect your feet, and surprisingly keep feet dry (even when you sweat like crazy everywhere else hiking under California sun). Also, I had a foot injury before and I was afraid to go on a mountain - no problem with these shoes! And my foot still hurts in other shoes. Highly recommend! worth the money.

These are terrific. My first pair of day hikers. I had pulled a tendon on my heel and these were fabulous as I returned to walking 3 miles a day. Lots of support. No break in period. My husband is considering a pair of Merrells as well!They are a bit big without thick socks. I might have ordered a 1/2 size down but decided I wanted the option to wear a thick sock in the fall and winter. I gave them two stars on style. Well they are day hikers... Not exactly Louboutin's!

I wear a 9.5 in Asics running shoe when I wear them, and had to get a 10 in this one. I wore it around the house a bit before we took off for Colorado, and we hiked 2 14-ers and the shoes were great! No break in time, they were perfect and I look forward to wearing them at home when doing gardening, digging in particular. I barefoot jog, and have flat feet, and I do not like an arch support. This was perfect! My son also bought some, but he has a high arch and needed an insole support for his arches and needed extra cushioning. He walks like an elephant though. He needed a half size up as well and he usually wears Nike.
