These boots are exactly what I was looking for. I have very thin legs and have a terrible time finding tall boots that fit well. These boots have a stretchy fabric and fit perfectly around my legs. They are also very comfortable. Zappos service is amazing. Expected delivery in 4 to 5 days but received in 2 days!

These boots are amazing! I've worn the same pair regularly for 3 years now and they are still in great shape. They're very comfortable, look good with a broad range of outfits, and are waterproof! What more can you ask for? I get compliments on mine all of the time. They fit true to size.

So disappointed in this boot. It looks sleek and is fairly comfortable, but it has two major problems: 1) It is not warm at all and definitely requires wool socks, which affects the fit somewhat. 2) Bigger problem: After just 2 months of wearing these boots 2 or 3 times a week, the heel is already worn down so much that I can see the material underneath. I had hoped, especially for the price, that I could wear these boots for at least 2 or 3 winters in NYC. They won't even make it through one winter. Won't buy this brand again, as they are clearly meant for looks and not for anyone who walks further than one block per day. One star from me.

I so loved this boot, it is so comfortable, attractive, and perfect for winter in the city. It has great arch support but it runs a little narrow and small. The only size left was a US 10 1/2 and I was hoping to get lucky but I really need a size 11 I found out in this boot. I hope they get it back in. You can't go wrong with this boot, it's a keeper!

I love these boots! They are a tight fit on my calves, which is perfect for skinny jeans and tights. They are good looking and very comfortable. I am very happy with my boots!

I love these boots! They're stylish, comfortable, and perfect for all weathers. I walked 5 miles in them and was perfectly fine, no blisters! They look great with casual clothes, but aren't formal enough for dress clothes. They're great commute-to-work boots. Calf circumference is very snug on me, and most boots tend to be large.

Love 'em! This is my fourth pair of ARA boots and I love every pair! I've had my first pair for six years and wear them all during the winters here in Wisconsin. They ARE waterproof! The Portofino has great soles for handling all the ice we've had this year. Love 'em and recommend 'em!

Nice Boot, especially for the rain and snow. This boot is perfect for the rain and snow; it's stylish, comfortable and warm. I was going to return this boot, but I'm glad I kept it. I even wear it when it's not raining or snowing.

Great boots! These boots are great...super comfortable for walking, warm, waterproof and look great - stylish/sleek/sophisticated. This style is way more comfortable than last year's. This year's style -- 40939 is wonderfully comfortable.

Love these boots. I bought them last month (October) and they have been totally worth the money. If you live in a city without a car your feet are important. They beat those unattractive and non-waterproof moon boots hands down. Galoshes are also unsuitable for many occasions. They are pretty warm, but it\'s only November so far. \r\nI worry that the seal will not last, but so far I\'m pretty satisfied. The downside is they are not heels. The heels that they were offered in seemed to high for the amount of walking I might do.

When I bought these last year I thought they would keep my feet warm in winter and be waterproof. Wrong on both counts. They were so expensive too! Total disappointment.

These are super soft and comfortable from the minute I put my foot in them. I have high arches and they don't have a lot of support but I think they'll be fine. Other reviews say they run small/narrow but I find them true to size and they have a lot of stretch. I bought them for a trip to Europe, they are super lightweight and will be easy to fold up and pack. Very happy I found these!

This is a sleek understated boot with a great heel height. It fits my narrow boot but is still very comfortable. Originally I ordered 1/2 size down but they were too fit so it really is a "true to size" boot but I can only say that for sure if you foot is slender. They are a bit pricier than I generally prefer so I hope they last a good long while.

A really wonderful waterproof boot, good looking, well made and perfect for those of us with narrow calves. But the toebox is so narrow! These boots squished my little toe so much that I had to return them.

These boots are everything I hoped for! I'm taking a trip to Paris and it will be rainy and there will be lots of walking. These boots will be perfect for the weather and comfort. I have slim legs but these barely zipped up my calves- so they're definitely not wearable over jeans. But they're great for over leggings or tights- just what I was looking for!

Just received these boots, & I'm very impressed! They are light-weight, stylish & very comfortable. I love the material. The full length zipper made getting them on & off, quick & easy. I have skinny calves & they fit perfect. I live in Florida, so I didn't buy them for warmth or walking on snow or ice. The heel height is perfect, as I dislike totally flat heels. They are flexible & soft, but stand up great, without slouching. I wore them with skinny jeans & felt very chic.

I loved the look and feel of this boot BUT the calf is definitely not as stretchy as advertised. I don't have tiny calves but they're not gigantic either. I was finally able to zip them up on my bare skin but that was with a struggle and then it felt like a tourniquet. I'm sad that I have to return them but hopefully I find a pair like them but with a wider calf.

I love love love this boot. I am so lucky that when I bought it from a local store years ago, it was the perfect boot at the perfect price. I wore it to Iceland and I was warm, not slipping around on the ice, and felt comfortable walking throughout all of our day walks/casual hikes. It is also my Fall / Winter rain boot for the city as it completely repels water and snow. I wear it with a skirt and leggings to work, and it is just fine for an evening out for dinner / drinks. Very comfortable, easy to walk in, and I am probably going to cough up the money and get a second pair.

These boots are great - super comfortable! The boots go well with formal work dresses. Highly recommend it!

Comfortable w/ nice close ankle look

These are simple, sleek and attractive. The run a bit tight from toe to calf, so they are best for average sized or slim feet/calves. I wore them all day in the city. Very comfortable.

I have a narrow foot - like, a banana foot. 10.5 of US grade-a banana. And yet, these boots were too narrow in the footbox and a bit too big in the heel. Very oddly made, I have never in my life had a pair of shoes be too narrow through the main part of my foot. Back they go... sad, too, because the boots looked amazing and had a lot of promise!
