Born Nora - This is a most comfortable shoe that doesn't look like a clunky walking sandal. Very feminine looking, but can walk around shopping or being a tourist all day in comfort. It does make a slapping-type sound when walking, as a previous reviewer noted, but it's not obnoxious and the comfort outweighs the sound. I wear a large size and am pleased to find a nice looking shoe that fits and is comfortable.

Comfortable for a little while - Comfortable at first - like the style - then tried to wear them all day for some serious walking around town... got arch cramps and a huge blister between my toes. Haven't worn again - am sure I can soften up the toe hold, but the cramp issue may come back. The footbed is very comfortable and the straps secure... as to be expected with Born shoes. Slightly challenging to put on and buckle while standing.

Shoe fit fine. My only only issue was with the platform. The woodgrain made the shoe look cheap. I personally didnt care for the style of the platform. Otherwise fit was great.

Too wide of a look for me and fit was disappointing - I always open my boxes from Zappos with childlike anticipation, and my immediate reaction to these was that they were too wide of a look for my narrow feet. Trying them on confirmed this. I resembled a platypus. In addition, I was disappointed that Born would make fully strapped sandals that flopped around so much under my heel as though I was wearing flip flops. This was surprising given that other Born shoes have seemed to fit so much better. Might work better for others though since I have low-volume narrow feet with a low arch.

Didn't like the mesh material on the footbed - Fit well and looks good, but I just couldn't get into the mesh material. I guess there is some reason for it, but it made me uncomfortable. I returned them.

These shoes would not stay on my foot. The size was correct, but it was difficult to walk. I returned them for this reason.

Disappointing - I'm so confused by Born shoe company right now. This shoe in a size 8 is too big for me; meanwhile another Born sandal I recently bought in a size 8 from another online retailer is too small for me. Meanwhile my favorite pair that I bought 2 years ago and wore to death in an 8 fit me perfectly. In addition to the sizing confusion, these are just unattractive when on the foot. I think the sole should be thicker and also there is too much toe exposure here. It needs one more strap for the look, something else on top. I don't recommend this shoe!!!
