So comfortable

So comfortable... I like how these can dress up or dress down an outfit. The green distressed color is quite neutral and can go with many outfits. Great to purchase another Born shoe!

My new favorite heel. Very padded (may be too much so for some). Platform makes it very easy to walk in.

Shoe was great, I just dont care of the base of the shoe, its not wood or cork and I personally dont care for it.

I really like these sandals. The straps are soft enough, and the soles have enough cushion to keep them comfortable for lots of wearing and walking.

Note about the "dark brown" As others have said, these shoes are very comfortable and attractive. I do wish they came in half-sizes, but the next whole size up is close enough that I'll keep them. When I received the "dark brown" shoes, I thought there must have been a mistake; they aren't dark at all. I would almost call them more of a "taupe" than a brown. But I see that they are different than the "tan" color and so I did get the color I ordered. Just be aware that they may not be so much "darker" than the tan but just have a different color tone (more mauve).

Excellent as always - Born shoes are among my favorites--they are always comfortable for my annoyingly problematic feet. These look and feel great, but as others have pointed out, run a little large so I ended up with a size 8 instead of my usual 9. This makes them very slightly narrow for my foot, but it's not too bad. I bought the lighter color brown leather because the dark looked a little too dark, but I'm hoping these darken a little with time.

Excellent shoe. Very comfortable, and more delicate than a lot of the Born shoes. I wear them almost every day!

Great sandals, great fit, great style, very comfortable. I am taking them with me on a trip next week and can only take 2 pairs of shoes. These are the ones that I chose.

Love 'Em! Shoes are very comfortable and stay on your feet! No rubbing and true to shoe size. I want more of them! Wish the shoe had been available in a darker shade as well. Also, wish there were more sandals with the "toe" styling and ankle strap to choose from. Love these sandals!

Beware... not for wide feet - Firstly, wow. Zappos has great service. I've never ordered anything one day and received it the next day and for FREE! These shoes are cute, cute, cute, but I was very sad when I tried them on. They are supposed to be wide (they came up on the Zappos search for wide shoes), but I barely got my feet into them. I had to send them back. I also ordered a pair of Timberland sandals which were too narrow as well. I guess it's back to the men's department for another pair of flip-flops.

Born is best! These shoes are awesome! They were super comfy right out of the box! Perfect fit!

Nice and comfy - As in my other Born shoes (boots), one always fits better than the other - the handmade affect no doubt. I really like the leather, both feel and look and the adjustability of the strap. Overall I am very pleased. I usually wear an 8.5 in most shoes due to a wide foot, but in Born's I feel most comfortable in an 8. I purchased the dark brown.

Born Review - I love this shoe...it fit's perfectly and the foot bed makes it feel like you are walking on air. My mother just visited from Germany and tried on my Born Nora, she loved them so much, I had to give them to her and order a new pair for myself...

Great sandal! These feel great out of the box. Nice cushioning. Back strap is adjustable, but also has elastic beneath the buckle to allow for some flexibility.

Great shoes for lots of walking! I've been searching for a show that I can wear on a trip to Europe- something that isn't too bulky, but that can handle all the cobblestone streets and walking that I'm going to do. I got these in the dark brown, and they are great! So comfortable and very cute! I can't wait to wear them. Thanks for the quick service Zappos! Order a full size down, I'm usually a 6, and I got a 5- they fit perfectly!

Super cute and comfortable as long as you're not walking too far. They did rub on my big toes but would recommend them still.

I often can get away with a 7.5 M width in this brand although I’m actually a true 7.5 C (wide). I’m disappointed that this one won’t work. It’s just a little uncomfortable at the top of my big toe where the strap presses down. I ordered several similar styles and I liked this one the best but I’m done with buying shoes that “are cute but a little uncomfortable “. Footbed is nice and comfy and the leather is supple and yummy.

I wound up returning these simply because there was a small spot of something sticky on the insole at the edge of the heel. It seemed like maybe a speck of glue got on the leather during the manufacturing process. Otherwise, they would have been great. The leather is soft and comfortable and doesn't dig in to my foot in any area. (Especially noteworthy, I'd recently purchased a similar style of shoe in a different brand and the leather was stiff and dug into my toes when I walked. These did not have that problem.) They're very comfortable, with a bit of padding in the insole, and the upper sort of hugs your feet, so they are supportive. I'm particularly picky about the amount of support in my shoes, so I'd say that these (and most Born shoes in general) are better than average when comparing other brands. I have several pairs of Born shoes in size 10, and the same size worked for me with these shoes. I typically wear a 10 in anything that's not a flat, casual shoe or athletic shoe, so the sizing was on target. I dinged them one star on the review due to the sticky spot that shouldn't have gotten past quality control, but really liked the shoes and intend to re-order them.

didn't feel very supportive - i know a heel will be less support, but just felt like i would fall out of it.

I have to say 80% of my shoes are Born. They are always comfortable, and true to size. I wear a solid 8 all the time. These felt a little loose when I first put them on. I haven't worn them out yet. I love the color (pink). They have a nice cushion. I can't wait to wear them out, very stylish. Shipping was excellent as always the case with Zappos.

The fit was right on, the material seemed good. The footbed was super comfortable. The heel was a little high for me because of balance issues. I didn't realize how high it would be. But if the heel was about an inch shorter, I would have kept. So cute and comfortable!
