Comfortable, warm, easy to put on, the sole does squeak when wet and on a laminate floor.

These boots are poorly, uggly constructed. I loved Zappos but I cannot believe that they have sent out all the defective products in a row. This one is the 4th one and without a size issue, 2nd defective products; the fur seems eaten by mice. Other than that, these boots are comfy and cute so if you get a right pair, it will be your good winter companion.

This is so ridiculous. These boots are so poorly, 'UGGLY' constructed. Now I have four pair but this pair is defective. The fur inside seems to have been eaten by a mice. I loved Zappos service but I cannot believe that Zappos sent defective products many times in a row. I need winter boots right now, so was thinking about just use them, but nobody wants to get a defective product with a full price. I may also return them again...it's annoying although I like their style.
