Short Review - Overall the comfort and feel are top notch. I actually ended up buying the long compression shorts after buying these. I'm 6' tall and the shorts end about 5" up from my knee.

I ordered these shorts for my teenage son to wear while rowing crew. He wanted compression shorts that were not too long, and these fit the bill perfectly. They are very nice quality.

Good product. Good fit. I prefer comparable Under Armour compression shorts, but purchased these because Zappos didn't have the U/A brand. These were a good substitute.

Look at the sizes before you order. I usually order an XL and when I reordered I read the size chart a wee more carefully and saw that I should have purchased XXL, they were a much better fit.

I like these, they really work out well for me for working out (under my shorts); but the tag in the back bothers me some of the time.

Fit was fine. These shorts work for my basic running training. The sizing chart was accurate!

Reason these are a 4 instead of a 5 is cause this pair (dunno if it's all this color) but they feel like a size small. I have several pairs of these same shorts, but in different colors and all feel the same size, right! This grey pair feels like a M when i actually wear a L! Dunno why, afraid they will fit tighter (too tight) after washing. Def look great, but this specific pair feels a size small.

I bought these for my 15 year old son who wears them under his lacrosse shorts. He really likes them but they are not as thick as others he has used. They do seem to be pretty durable though. Received within 2 days. Zappos rocks!

I love the short. The material seems to slide better and bind less than other brands I have worn. Only down fall, no fly!

Service excellent; product was a bit shorter than I expected (mid-thigh) so switched to the long (just above knee).

I would have given this short five stars, but I end up hiking the waistband up a bit to get a proper fit (above my navel). Maybe they\'re supposed to be that way, but I\'m not sure. I bought a pair of Under Armour shorts in the same size -- they seem to fit better and the material is a bit smoother. Still a good short, though. The seams are spaced further apart on this short compared to the Under Armour, which I do like.

Pretty happy with the shorts, they run just a hair smaller than the UnderArmour 2XL version of the same. Been using them every other day for 3-4 mile walks. Price is right in line with what UnderArmour charges for theirs.

I love my Nike compression shorts. I don\'t have a lot of experience with compression gear, but once I slipped these on I immediately realized what I\'d been missing. I feel like I can run further and faster with them. Maybe it\'s all in my head, but wherever it is, I\'ll take it. They are a great fit also. My only problem is that the Nike emblem has started to peel off after only about 5 washes. All-in-all, I would recommend them.

Better buy a size larger. I’m a 34" waist, but the mediums are really too small - I wear them anyway. Feel like I’m pulling on panty hose (not that I ever wore any). Other than the size issue, they were what I was looking for - I wear them under trunks when I work out.

I bought this to wear under some board shorts for swimming. I'm not a fan of them. I am 6' 200# with a 36 or 38 waist. I bought a large. The waist fits nicely, but I constantly had to pull the legs up on my thighs, because they creep down (yes down, not up). I got an Under Armour 3" o-series boxer jock to replace the Nike. It's a much better fit and doesn't creep up or down. Granted the 6" is better protection against chafing, but ultimately my boys need a snug, non-sagging home for swimming.

The Nike emblem has already come off the leg. The sizing chart was not correct. I thought the inseams were a bit longer, and I could have ordered the next larger size.

I bought these for use with an indoor rowing machine and they work well for this purpose. I have a 36 inch waist and bought the medium size and the fit was okay. (However, at this level of tightness any fat on the torso around the waist will be more prominent.)

My sons wear these for many sports. Gym class, swimming, basketball. Love them.

I bought these to run in. I run 3-5 miles per day. They fit great and do not ride up at all. Great product.

I have owned many compression shorts like this from other brands, and these are far and away the best. Better than Under Armor, in my opinion. Size, shape, quality are all excellent. Great for the gym, jogging, basketball or even golf. Highly recommended.

I started running this past March and was looking for something comfortable to run in under my shorts. The Nike Pro Combat Core Short works great for this. They keep me cool and stop chafing. If anything I wish they had a little more color to them and cooled me more. I run hot usually (I get hot running in shorts and a t-shirt in the middle of winter).

Received my order the next day. Love my compression shorts. I have 5 pair. This is the only brand I will wear. I love the no seams. I wear them under my hockey gear.

As somebody has said already, these are extremely snug and comfortable and within a short time of putting them on I forget they're even there. Compression/ thickness not quite as 'strong/thick' as Skins or 2XU but value for money I'd take these anytime - I own all 3 brands. With the singular exception of long cycles where you need the extra padding provided by dedicated cycling shorts, I use these for all my training other than where I need full length leggings in which case it is Skins/2XU. PS I train both frequently and at a high intensity). Highly recommended.

These compression shorts are the best around. I use them for officiating basketball games. They keep me comfortable through several games. They last for months, which is much better than other compression shorts I have purchased. The material reduces friction and the possibility of a rash through those long days.

These are perfect to workout in and stops chafing when running. Also when doing sit-ups or leg presses on the machine, you don't look like your showing off your thighs and leg when your shorts ride up on you. Would definitely recommend.
