A Kid Again - Love the sneaker! Brings me back to when I was a kid. Not the most comfortable, but worth it for the look. Fit is great and cushioning is fine, but it has little arch support for those who need it. Overall I love these!!!

Good looking, a little stiff - Great looking shoe. It's a little bit stiff, but I may need to soften it up by wearing more. The insole bed is kinda sticky - my socks stick to it as I'm putting them on, making it tough to quickly slide on the shoes...takes a little bit of work. These all might go away with further use. Also, the sides around the ankle are a little high; they rub on my ankle a little bit. Good looking shoes, tho.

Great shoes - I tried two sizes of shoes, and ended up keeping the ones that were a half size larger than my measured foot size (I also do this with Nikes). I'm honestly not perfectly happy with the size, but my normal size was simply too tight of a fit. These shoes will take a while to break in (as other reviewers noted), but I am very happy with the style. I love the stripe at the bottom!

A little tight, squeaks - Great looking shoe. Needs to be broken in. Has started squeaking a little when walking - hopefully will go away.

Overall, Great Shoe - I love the style of this shoe. My only complaint would be the very thing tongue. Other than that, I have no complaints. I love the way the shoe looks.

Great looking shoe but I had to return them due to a design flaw. The tongue is a weird plastic materials and where it is sewn into the top of the shoe there is a portion that sticks out beyond the stiching and it rubs against the top of your toes. Even with socks it was very irritating just taking a few steps. I had to return them unfortunately as I could foresee this being a major problem with the plastic cutting into my skin. Also, the materials on the white part is a translucent nylon, very odd.

Adidas Original SL 72 - I waited for this shoe to become available because it was the ONLY sneaker I could find that I liked (aesthetically). Unfortunately, it is not comfortable at all. I continue to wear the sneakers, in hopes that with more wear they will become more comfortable. They are not AS uncomfortable as they were in the beginning, but they are still not very comfortable--a big disappointment for someone who desperately needed new sneakers and wears them daily, it was a huge disappointment.
