Super stylish, comfy shoes! But definitely for the narrow foot. They are also very well made of excellent leather and materials. The few steps I took in them were a dream. I don't have a wide foot, but they were so snug that I didn't dare risk their not loosening up enough. I'm giving the shoes 5 stars, because they deserve it. They just didn't fit my feet and I am sad for that.

Really love these shoes! They are so comfortable! Purchased for a trip to Europe and wore easily without even breaking in first. They offer support and comfort for long days of walking, and look stylish to dress up or down. The only disappointment is that the tread wears quickly...after just one two week trip I'm already noticing worn spots on the bottom, perhaps just evidence of how much we walked. I have a narrow heel and sometimes have trouble with slip on shoes, but these worked well for me.

Needed a travel/walking shoe for a pair of extremely cranky feet. I read the reviews, respect the brand (I have a pair of Rieker summer shoes that have served me well), and liked the style of the L1751 Celia 51. Ordered the color called "Smoke." Comfortable from the start, the Celia 51 is a wonderful shoe for problem feet. True to size, roomy enough toes box and much more attractive than the photos. The leather is buttery soft, the shoe is lightweight and the sole is quite flexible. The continuation of the sole slightly up the toe and the heel make it a great driving shoe, too. While this design is a slip-on, it can be a bit difficult to get on - a shoe horn eliminates this minor issue. Once on, the shoe conforms to the feet with the stretchy inserts at the sides of the instep. No slippage at the heel. The "Smoke" color is a good choice if you need a shoe that will look good with both warm toned and black clothing (I find that black walking shoes look too much like work shoes). Highly recommend considering this shoe if you are going to be doing a lot of walking and want happy feet.

Wonderful shoe! Very stylish and very comfy: made of very soft, supple leather, with nice padding on the footbed, and room for my bunion!

They are really nice looking, comfortable shoes. They feel like slippers. Unfortunately, the right shoe was significantly wider than the left. I figure this is a defect since my right foot is a bit wider than my left so I usually find the left shoe a bit looser. The toe box is nice and roomy and the heal is slightly narrow so they don't slip much at all. If you need arch support, you might want to reconsider this shoe or size up to allow for an insert.

I generally wear 9 to 9.5 depending on the width (I sometimes can get away with a M width if the toe is rounded or boxy). I ordered a 9.5 M and found this shoe to fit perfectly, like they were made just for me. The toffee color was a rich brown, the leather was soft, and the details made the shoe look very tailored. This was my first pair of Rieker, but I will go back and shop for more.

If it was possible to exchange every pair of shoes I own, for these I would! They are beyond comfortable, and I have a huge issue with nerve damage in my foot! From the second I put these on, it was like walking on a cloud! I did take the recommendation and go up a half size, and they are perfect. I normally take an 8. I ordered 8.5!

Quality and good craftsmanship. I just wish there was more arch and support in the shoebed. I bought inserts which fixed the problem. I would buy them again.

These are the most comfortable casual shoes ever. I needed a shoe to wear while waiting for summer to arrive (between boots and flip flops) in northern Michigan. This is a lightweight quality leather shoe with with a very nice cushion instep. If you have any kind of foot problem...this is the shoe for you. I normally wear and 9 and with a lightweight sock, it's perfect.

I bought these shoes to wear on a trip to Italy. My feet are hard to fit, but these shoes felt comfortable right from the start. I wore them all day and was very comfortable.

Love these! I had to add a pad for extra arch support. These are super flexible and needed no breaking-in.

It is simple - if I am not wearing heels, I am wearing these. Like others have said: go-to, errands, travel, even casual work days these shoes are perfect and the medoc color (burgundy red-ish) go with near every color combination. If you are looking for a pair of loafers, I highly recommend these.

This shoe fit like a glove the minute I put it on! It is so soft and really flattered my foot. I have always been happy with Rieker, but this shoe beats all! Love it!

I call this my "euro shoe" and it looks a little manly at least on my 9.5 size feet. I wanted something comfortable and lightweight to wear for traveling. It's slightly narrower than the sneakers I normally wear, but these look a lot better. The smoke color is unique. I've been searching for something comfortable and stylish with minimal soles that isn't a barefoot sneaker with neon colors. This fits the bill.

Without a doubt one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn! I have a small foot and often shoes just don't fit correctly. But not these! Don't hesitate, I love them and I am sure you will too!

"Fits like a glove" used to be an empty phrase for me, until I wore these shoes. The comfort of these shoes really brings the phrase to life. They are a casual dressy, comfortable enough for being on my feet all day, and at the end of the have no tired, achy feet.

Very comfortable and stylish. My third pair of Riekers. They all are comfortable right out of the box and I get the most compliments when I where them.

I bought this shoe for the first time a few years ago and I hope that they never stop making it. I absolutely love how flexible the sole is and how soft the leather. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned; they're even better with standard drug-store arch supports added on. On the black version, the detail doesn't stand out quite as much, so I prefer the other colors.

This brand is the most comfortable shoe I have ever bought. I always have at least one pair in my closet. This is the second color I have purchased in this style. I have very narrow feet and I have no problem wearing a medium width.

Nice leather. The brown color is on the darker side, which I like. The sole feels grippy, and the part that wraps upward at the toe is more visible when I'm wearing it than I expected. Not quite Keen-level, but on shoe that is not styled as outdoorsy, it's a little odd. The description says something about the shoe being "effortless" to slip on—nope. I definitely have to wiggle my foot into it, as the opening is snug, even with the elastic goring, but comfortable once it is on. The toe box is roomy, while the fit along the sides of the feet and in the heel is snug enough to prevent my foot from slipping around. This matters because the shoe does feel like it's a half size longer. Arch support could be better; I will probably have to add "aftermarket" supports.

size and fit are great, feels comfortable just out of the box; however, this is a walking/hiking shoe, so I need more arch support. The leather is beautiful!

Looks are great! Loved the shoe but unfortunately the right foot was stretched our larger than the left. I may reorder but I would be concerned about getting same pair or same problem.

It seems as though, in general, this would be a very comfortable shoe. It was just a little too narrow across the vamp area for my foot (a common problem for me) and it isn't available in wide. It appeared very well made.

These shoes are very comfortable and have lots of room in the toes. I really like how they fit and look. Unfortunately, one of the loops came loose the 3rd time I wore them, and I am going to have to have it repaired. I like them so well that I won't send them back for that small issue.
