Ok for the price - FIT: Shaft slightly over the knees (I'm 5'3"); True to size/width; Recommend half size larger if planned to wear thicker socks under. PROS: price; easy to pull on/off; comfortable (as for most flat boots) CONS: leather feels more PVC-ish than leathery and it's really thin (recommend half-size larger if you plan to wear thick socks); super big around the ankles and makes the entire leg looks chunky; doesn't work for smaller calves--can wear with jeans/leggings tucked in (easily) but again looks chunky. OVERALL: I am disappointed because everyone else loves them!! Not to mention this is supposed to be THE boots that Blake Lively sported (seen all over the internet earlier this year~) It's ok at best, not on my "good purchases" list. I guess I had this coming because I was contemplating between these and the Loeffler Randall over-the-knee boots (which is priced at... 7 pairs of these). In the end I figured I'd go for these because I felt I'd be less paranoid walking around in these during the rainy/snowy/muddy days :) So despite all my complaints I think I'll still keep them for the worst (weather) of the days.

Too slouchy, no cushion in the footbed. I like these boots with skinny jeans but they don't stay over the knee for any length of time, especially when worn with bare legs. I am considering taking them to a repair shop to get the calves narrowed in the hopes that will help. The overall fit is fine, but the lack of cushion in the footbed causes a problem for me.

I just ordered these in grey, and the service at Zappos is unreal. Ordered these on Friday, and received them on Monday. These boots are a little disappointing, they look cheap. I have large athletic calves (16.5 inches), so I was able to pull them up. They just didn't look good on me, so I'm sending them back.
