I love these boots. Buying them was the best decision so far. Unlike most rain boots, this one is quite flexible so it's easy to walk in. I was looking to wearing think socks so I got a size 10 (I am 8½ usually). It works. For this reason I cannot say if it is true to size or not. But if you are planning to wear them in winter you should get them 1 - 2 sizes larger anyway. I also have very wide feet so the shoes work for me. It might not be the case for everyone but they are a bit wider than most.

These boots rock! If you're looking for something attractive, comfortable and inexpensive to wear in wet weather, these are great. I live in the Pacific Northwest, where it rains all the time and these boots hold their own. They also look great; every time I have worn them I have received compliments from someone. After reading other reviews, I decided to order a size up, and I am not sorry. They slip on and off easily, and they feel good.

I love these! I never looked forward to the rain before. The purple is a great color that strikes a balance between boring black and the overly busy designs that most rain boots have.

These boots are very comfortable and sexy, the only thing is I do not recommend for someone with a wide shaft. It tends to be a little tight, other than that these are very cute and affordable.

I wear 6.5 and after reading all of the reviews, I decided to order a 7. The boots are really true to size. Since I don't like the loose feel esp when walking in the rain, I exchanged it to a size 6 which is a bit snug but I like it better this way. I have to say Zappos has excellent customer service.

Fab boots. They're comfy, snug enough not to be loose and unstructured on the calf and foot (I have narrow feet), and stylin'. The eggplant is deep (people sometimes think they're black), but in the light, they glow purple.

Very cute, comfortable, and kept my feet warm and dry in the rain. Also, environmentally friendly. All I can ask for in rain boots, and the price is a huge plus.

These are cute & shiny. I am short, the boots hit right at the thick part of my calf. It doesn't squeeze, but it's just not enough space for comfort. Bummer!

Love these! I normally wear a 9, but got a 10 in these. I probably should have stuck with a 9.

Love the simple style of this boot. I ordered my usual size of 7 and the boots were too small and narrow but otherwise comfortable. I was going to just exchange it for a larger size but my mom (who is a size smaller than me) fell in love with them and hasn't given them back.

So, I own zero boots and my closet consists of only high heels but I needed some cute rain boots. Finding cute rain boots and still being stylish is very hard, but these do the trick! I ordered and returned several boots ranging from $100-$400 and when I got these I literally out loud said, "Finally!" These rain boots are way cuter than the picture looks. I am 5'8" and other rain boots are super tall and don't look very nice and when you walk they fold and look terrible. But this is the perfect height...comes up to my lower calves. I usually wear a size 7.5 and ordered an 8. They fit perfectly and truly are perfect. If you are looking for rain boots I would get these 100%! You will not regret it!

Good looking boot. Perfect for wet weather. I live in a snow belt so I will need a warmer boot for snow, but I love this boot for rainy days. Calf width is good. I am normal weight (5'9 and tall) with athletic calves and they fit fine, but don't have extra room.

I\'ve gotten tons of compliments on these boots...the red color is so beautiful. Plus, they\'re super comfy and seem very durable so far.

I absolutely adore these boots! It has been raining a lot here in Upstate NY and these boots keep my feet dry and comfortable.They are a perfect fit for my narrow feet and the lining at the top prevents rubbing on my calves. They are also from a Canadian company and made in Canada, which is a definite plus for the social conscious consumer.

Love these boots! They are warm, dry and comfortable. I actually wore them to London, and I guess they don't sell shiny boots there (or mid-calf), because I got so many comments and compliments on how cute they are.

Great shoe and a great fit. But be careful if you're looking into the khaki color...it's more of a dark khaki green than brown.

Great boot! I wore them on a botany outing recently and they were both comfortable and sturdy and kept my feet dry on a wet day. I added an arched insole since I was walking all day in and need the extra support. Very happy with these boots. True to size and nicely made. Remember, these are rain boots and don't breathe. They are designed to keep your feet snug and dry.

I have long toes and I am a size 12 medium in shoes. However, these boots did not come in a 12 medium, because I really like these rain boots I ordered them in an 11 medium to see it they would fit. To my surprise, they fit! Not only did they fit; they were very comfortable. The quality of the rubber and the soles of these boots is top notch. The color of the boot is interesting -- a special kind of cute. I am glad I took a chance and purchased these boots. I love my boots!

I finally got some use out of these and I love them! They fit great and are really perfect in rainy weather. The plum color is really nice... not black, but not obnoxious! I'd definitely recommend these.

This is a fashionable rain boot that is not clunky (like most rain boots) and works well for my commute to work. The material at the top of the boot prevents rubbing against the leg. Also, there is a little bit of height to the boot which is nice. I particularly like the green boot as it is neutral, yet not black.
