This is now my fifth insole I've tried from Zappos. The pinnacle wasn't comfortable because my big toe landed in a weird spot. These are true to size and have excellent arch support. They fit my size 8 shoes. I'm going to have to buy insoles for my 8.5 shoes. I will probably buy the berry superfeet.

Loved the Zappos unbeatable quick service. These same orthotics worked out great for my husband's planter faciatitis. However these did not work out for me. One foot in particular was not supported enough. Later found out that I have PTTD which requires a foot-ankle brace instead of an orthotic. Sadly, I had to return them.

Literally cheaper in every store in America!!

Fit was looks

The fit and sizing were just right to add to a shoe and didn't make shoes too tight, even if added to another insole, which is rare. I've always felt like I 'need' substantial arch support and these give quite a lot. However the support is very rigid and they kept on pushing into my feet, so I just couldn't use them after a couple of days.

Everything is moderate on this insole. Better than the worn out ones I had.

I cannot wear it for 12 hours. I wish the insole was softer.

These insoles are fairly hard. They left me with sore feet after 4 hours. I've worn them 3 times hoping to break them in but they are still pretty uncomfortable.

These are ok. There are definitely better options for the money. Do not get them if you are flat footed like me. The arch is so high it mitigates any comfort the cushioning provides.

This is my first pair of non-drugstore inserts, so maybe I was expecting too much. These did have the arch support I was looking for that I couldn't find in the drugstore brands, but I found them to be too hard in the heel area. I wore them for an all-day shopping outing and my feet were killing me about half way through. It didn't help that the arch on my left foot felt like it was a little further back than my the other foot. I would have liked some more cushioning in the heel. This pair just didn't work out for me. They did fit in my shoes pretty well after I took the shoes' original insole.

These were okay but not really working for my foot issues. I have neuroma and basically just sore tired feet. These did not have enough cushion for my issues. However, the arch support did seem quite good.

I bought this along with the active Orthoheel insert to compare them. After getting my feet used to them for a few days, I went for a hike with these. My feet were killing me by the time I finished. I did the same with the Orthoheels the next week and they didn't hurt near as much. I think these are okay for everyday use, but not for heavy walking. Maybe if it had just a little more arch support.

These insoles are so painful. Genuinely. I bought them last year and they felt horrible. Decided to give them another chance again today and my feet feel so bad wearing them. Walking and standing

They fit ok but they were the hardest insoles I have seen they made my feet hurt would not recommend I'm on my feet 10 to 12 hrs a day them things were like wood no cushion at all

Way too much arch support. I have flat feet but these were uncomfortable for my needs. I gave them away.

I don’t have a high arch so it hurts my foot

Fit and size is not the issue. The issue is they are not comfortable and still hurting arch/heels. I don’t feel I have insole in my shoe. Bad quality....

Wasn't enough support for me.

It doesn't fit into any of my shoes ... all my shoes are 6.5. I thought a 6.5 of this insert would work. I guess not. If i get a size down to 6 of the insert, it is not going to fit my feet. A 6.5 of the insert probably will fit into size 7 shoes. Then i have to buy all my shoes size 7? This is a waste of money.
