Ordered these to add comfort to Lowa hiking boots. Worked like a charm! As good as the ones from my podiatrist at much less cost.

My entire life I've had horrendous pain in my feet because I have flat feet. I went to the podiatrist and she recommended that I purchase these insoles instead of have custom made insoles that would run hundreds of dollars. So I purchased these insoles back in October 2013. The first day I wore them I had a lot of discomfort in my feet. It felt like I had ball placed under my arch and I was trying to squish it. This made the rest of my feet sore. I didn't realize that I had to get used to them first. After the first day, my feet began to get used to them and about a week later it felt like my feet were stepping on clouds. It felt very comfortable and painless. I stand on my feet all day at work so these insoles made work less painful. I also jog everyday so I used the same insoles in my gym shoes. My feet did not slip at all while I worked out. They fit perfectly in my gym shoes. Then I decided to wear them in my slippers to see how they felt without socks. It too was wonderful. So I wore them all the time with all my shoes. My mistake was not realizing that this made them wear out faster. The pain came roaring back at the beginning of January 2014. I just ordered another pair. If you purchase these, just remember that the more you use them the faster they wear out. To prevent this, I'm ordering 2 more, one for work and the other for my workout.

Very comfortable and not bulky. I use it inside boots and walking shoes. I did not need to trim to size. I have a bunion, Morton's neuroma and an arthritic knee. I stand on my feet all day at work. These make my feet comfortable in dress boots and during exercise.

The podiatrist at our clinic recommended these insoles, and they are great. They have excellent arch support.

This is a great product! It was recommended to me by my sports medicine doctor after I began having pain in the joint of my large toe. I am a runner and work in a hospital setting so I am on my feet all the time. I have rather flat feet and I wear these in my work shoes everyday and find that they give me just the right amount of support with out making my feet ache or cramping my shoes. They do take a few days to break in, I had to keep my laces a little looser than normal for about three days. Once they shape to you and your shoe you will never know they are there! I will not wear another pair of work shoes without these inserts!

These inserts are amazing. They are the same ones sold at podiatrist's offices, at least they certainly seem to be and are the same quality. I love these and they really help with my plantar fasciitis which always seems to flare up in the winter. I could not live without these inserts that support my arches and cushion my heels. I have been looking for these for a long time and Zappos is the first retailer I have found who carries them. Go Zappos!

At the time I ordered these inserts, I also ordered the Superfeet and New Balance inserts. The Powerstep inserts were the ones I kept, but it was a close call -- probably an individual preference. They are a softer alternative to my custom inserts.

I bought these inserts for my son, who has extremely flat feet. After only a day or so he said he noticed a big difference in how his knees & legs felt. Hopefully they will prevent other knee & foot problems later on.

I'm impressed. These shoes are comfortable supportive. I'd definitely buy again.

If you have a bad back or knees, keep looking upward for better options. This is moderate in every category. Also I was expecting a lil better odor control at this price.

Size was good feels good

I received my On Cloud shoes with the insoles cut in half and 1/2 missing in each shoe so I contact Zappos customer service and I received some of the best customer service I've ever known. The rep. gave me options on how to remedy my problem and within minutes I was a satisfied customer. I had always heard that Zappos had the most phenomenal customer service and now I have experienced it for myself! I will be purchasing from Zappos regularly!

The arch support was way to much felt uncomfortable.

I had to trim these slightly, but that's normal for me. They fit pretty easily in the shoe. This is the first time I've ever tried an orthotic, so it really isn't that comfortable ? I am going to stick these in a pair of shoes I have that is lacking an arch all together, and try ordering another pair for a flatter foot.

This item works well for me. I have fallen arches and this works for my feet.

I like how they align my feet. When I don't wear them, my left hip hurts at the end of the shift. When I do, it doesn't! So, they help to correct my posture.

The insoles are a good quality. I have worn them for warehouse work. I’m still testing out different shoes to find out what happened to the arch support.

Just enough support, not too much. Bought to help with mild plantar fasciitis, works for me. Not running super long distances but for everyday running, seem to be fine.

Foot Dr said these were great support. I would give them a 5 but the blue fabric starts to come off and roll up after about 2 years of use. I go a 1/2 up in my shoes to accommodate the Powerstep and usually have to take out the manufacturer insole as well. I had plantar fasciitis and have angle issues.

I was looking for more arch support. This raises the heel too much to support my arch as needed.

These are very comfortable - they have made a noticeable improvement in most, if not all, of my shoes. And without my having to go 300 trips around the orthotic mulberry bush!
