I thought these "Originals" were the same Pinnacle Powersteps I have used for years. They are NOT. They are thinner and have less support. May be fine for some folks and will probably fit tighter shoes better, but not for me. Zappos didn't have the Pinnacles at that time, have since found them buried down on the page, but nothing in my size. Hope they come back so I don't have to go to Amazon!

These insoles did not give me arch support, they gave me a foot injury so bad I had to leave work for a week. I don't recommend these insoles.

Fit in shoe great. Had no support. Like walking on cement.

I love the feeling of the high arch pressure at first, then it mellows out after 2 weeks.

I'm not sure if they helped, since my shoes weren't very comfortable to begin with, with standing and walking for long periods of time.

Not thrilled that I have to use orthotics to accommodate an irritating foot issue, but these make it easy. They do lift the foot such that not all of your shoes will fit the same, nor will they work in all shoes. But for the money, and as something prescribed by my foot surgeon to help (and they have), I am impressed at how effective they are.

I love them it took away my foot pain.

Fits great, good arch support, comfortable.

They are great for "flat-feet." I had to cut them a little to fit the work shoes, but it worked well.

Normally I wouldn't be the type to review much of anything, but I have to about these insoles. I'm a Women's 9 1/2. They made my safety shoes soooo much more comfortable and the arch support is perfect for my foot. I'll definitely buy them again.

I love these. They’re definitely my go to insole but the only down size is that you’ll have to go half a size up in your shoes since they have arch support But that’s ok More wiggle room for my toe :)

This is my fifth pair of insoles and these are tried and true for me. They last quite a long time considering I put 10-15 miles on them every week. I have flat feet and these work in my neutral running shoe to give the arch I need without having to wear a stiff stabilized shoe .

I wear Birkenstocks because I prefer a firm insole with high arch support. However, a Birks insole is too wide for my Italian boot. The Powerstep Original insoles fit perfectly on top of the original thin and flat boot insole. The Powerstep has the firmness I prefer combined with very good arch support. The heel and arch area is very stable to protect against pronation problems. I am impressed that a foam footbed can come so close to matching the support of the Birkenstock cork bed. Powerstep will be my first choice for upgrading shoes that are too narrow for Birkenstock insoles.

I did not like the quality and materials used to make this. It feels cheap and rough, and it's hard and rigid. Not bouncy or sturdy; it was uncomfortable upon try on compared to my other arch supporting insoles from a different brand, (Kuru).

They made me feet throb after only being on them for less than a hour. They also left an unpleasant odor. I've never had an odor issue before.

Item was too big to use. I still have them in the box not being used.
