I bought a large-sized version theses knee pads when the circumference of my knees were 15.5 inches. Now, they're 16 inches and the pads are getting tight. I wish there was an XL size. I also wish there was a hole on the back sleeve of theses pads. That would solve 2 problems: 1) the lack of ventilation and 2) the wrinkles. The back sleeve gets often wrinkled, especially when the person wearing the pads is bending their knees. The wrinkles make the pads a little bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, these knee pads have a great design and padding. I would recommend theses to anyone as long as the circumference of their knees fit the sizing.

Ordered the Pro Large for 12yr old daughter. Recommend by my daughters doctor for her sensitive knee. Would love to see these made in an extra large; the large was too small for her.

I bought these knee pads in a Dunhams store at the beginning of the season. Now with districts a few weeks away I have to look for a new set since mine fell apart and are no longer able to wear them in games. I love this brand and wear/use it for many other sports as well as volleyball. But these were definitely a disappointment compared to what I've previously purchased. Hopefully next years will have better quality.

Knee pads were used in one game and for exactly one dive (13yo girl). The dive across a slick indoor gym court caused both pads to gave immediate wear, resembling melted material.
