Walking on clouds - My first introduction to the Sofft brand was from a magazine ad I saw in last month's "O" Magazine. A sexy shoe for wide feet? Really? Yes, really! The Gabby is a beautiful, well-made shoe. I was concerned about the 3" heel but the padded insoles are so cushiony it is literally like walking on pillows. I rarely buy wide-width shoes so I went for my normal size 8 (in a wide); it was too big. I called Zappos to exchange for a 7 1/2 W and the customer rep. was so friendly and helpful. She overnighted the replacement pair!! I also purchased Sofft's Gemma for me and my daughter from Zappos. Zappos will be my shoe shopping destination from now on!

Comfy and cute - Sofft knows how to make a comfortable heal with style! I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 in this shoe. It fits like a glove (a nice soft one). Would certainly recommend this brand to anyone!

I love these shoes! It took a few tries to get the right size; I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, ended up with a 7.5 that fit. But they are gorgeous and were worth it! LOL. Wore them out the first night to a special dinner where I had to do a bit of walking, they are very comfortable, and I don't usually wear such a high heel.

Great shoe perfect fit - This shoe is one of my favorites. Very comfortable and the peep toe is really nice. Can be worn casual or for the office. Highly recommend.

I have to admit I was skeptical about these shoes. I have flat, wide feet and I've tested many brands that claim to be "comfortable" but didn't deliver. But these shoes are awesome! They fit great and I can wear them for 4+ hours and walk around in them without pain. Not to mention I've gotten many compliments on how stylish they are. If you are contemplating this purchase, they are well worth the money.

Great Fit - Love these shoes. I have been trying for some time to find comfortable but stylish heels for work. I have tried so many brands including Easy Spirit, and Aerosoles. Sofft's are by far the most comfortable.

Sofft Gabby - Love this Shoe - I saw this shoe in a magazine. I absolutely love it! I had to get a half size larger than what I usually wear. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. It is really comfortable despite the high heel.

Fashion and Comfort! I purchased this shoe for a visit to New York City as I knew walking would be the trip du jour. My expectations were impressively surpassed relative to comfort and style. This shoe will not disappoint! My friends were equally impressed and said they were going to log on to Zappos as soon as they arrived home to purchase a pair. Do not be concerned with the heel height. You will walk on air. Very fashion forward for a "comfort" shoe!

FANTASTIC - This is a great shoe!!!! I ordered a 10W and it fit perfect. It is hard to find wide shoes and Zappos has come through again for me. Way to go! I will definitely order more Sofft shoes.

Great Combo-Comfort and Looks - This shoe has a higher heel than any other in my closet. Bought it because of its great looks and comfort! A rare combination.

This is a great shoe! It does seem to fit about a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. Normally I wear a 9 and in this shoe I needed a 9.5. But this is such a comfortable heel! I highly recommend this shoe!

I love these shoes! I am extremely happy with these shoes, and have received several compliments on them. They are my 3rd Sofft purchase, and they are the most comfortable pumps I have ever owned. I have a wide foot, and these shoes fit me very well.

Great, sexy shoe! I made my first purchase at Zappos with the Sofft Gabby shoe, and boy was I pleased! Not only did it come the next day, but it totally lived up to my expectations, cute and comfortable. I will shop at Zappos again soon!

Super cute - I got this in the charcoal and it looks super cute. So far I've only worn them once and did a lot of walking and dancing in them. They were fairly comfortable but did give me a small blister on my big toe. Once there broken in a bit I don't think it will happen again thou! Overall all I'm happy with them!

Cute and snappy - The instep is not as cushioned as most but the looks are great! Wonderful shoe if you are not on your feet a lot.

Tried comfort shoes - Really wanted to try the comfort shoes that were recommended by a few magazines and books for women who are over 50. I wanted a pump and I wanted this brand. I didn't want to look like I'm wearing "comfort shoes". Zappos had it in stock in the grey color - which is fabulous. They had the BEST price on this item and gave good direction on fit. The shoe fit and looks pretty good, but it is not comfortable to stand and walk in for any extended period of time. The seams on the sides dig into the wide part of my feet. Other than that - I'm happy for an hour or so of wear.

Sophisticated, but comfortable - Very comfortable, pretty shoe - looks great with my business casual pants for fall. I'm very happy with this shoe. It's sexy and sophisticated, but also comfortable to wear. Not for walking more than a few blocks though.

Beautiful shoe - I like this shoe very much. It looks great with a tweed skirt, slacks, and even jeans. It's about as comfortable as a 3" heel gets, though I do find my foot slips in it a little if I wear stockings. The heel can slip a little too, but a gel grip fixed that in a hurry. Overall, for the type of shoe it is, it's superb.

Great looking shoe, foot bed not so comfortable - This shoe fit well and looks great. However, on my foot I found the seam area where the suede meets the inner lining (under the ball of the foot) irritating. I think it would have been better if the suede extended all the way under the ball of the foot.

Cute but no room for toes - I have purchased other Sofft shoes, and the wide width was comfortable for me. These are very attractive, the heel is easy to get used to, and they are stable on slippery floors. However, I am disappointed in the fit. They are much too tight across the toe, and too wide at the heel. Probably the heel issue can be corrected with inserts, but I expect a shoe in this price range to fit better.

Expected more comfort form Sofft - These shoes are mostly comfortable, but I expected better from Sofft. There should be more padding under the ball of the foot and that would set them apart. Like the look and the color (chocolate).

I bought these shoes to wear at work with some skirts, but shortly after walking around I had to change into a different shoe. Very uncomfortable to walk around in. The shoe fits and seems like it would be comfortable, but it puts a lot of pressure on the ball of your foot.
